but there is some element of luck involved in investing so you cant say investing in one venture is better than the other. For instance people are currently investing in property to be used as a pension pot on retirement (because normal pension plans aren't doing well in the market but house prices are)

in 25 years the property will be worth a lot more. (depending on inflation, interest rates, cost of living indices etc). Its usually wise to invest in long term ventures.

When are we going to learn?
We keep doing business with a group of people (Asians. especially Indians) that believe (at least 90% of them) that having dark skin is a curse/taboo and black people would never amount to nothing.

the City of Lagos resides within Lagos State. Like Benin city within Bendel State or Jos in Plateau State.

V.I is not a city (and not all of it is new). It is a part of the city of Lagos. Please read my earlier post.

Ibadan is usually regarded as the largest village in Africa.

The city of lagos is made up of Lagos island(the business and financial district i.e. Broad street, Marina etc), Ikoyi, V.I., Surulere, Ikeja, and does not include Badagry, Ojo, Lekki and all those far away places.

It like the city of london does not include Barnet, Brixton, but includes Westminster, postcodes EC1, WC1 etc.

I think some of the criteria before a place can be granted city status include population, Cathedral (xtian cities), ease of travel, 'modern' urbanisation etc.
