A Ghanaian lady was subjected to a round of flogging after being caught red-handed sleeping with a Sudanese man in Saudi Arabia.

Before being flogged, the unidentified Ghanaian lady was first kicked and beaten with belt by the Ghanaian community leaders who caught her in the act. The community leaders were heard saying that most Ghanaians who come to the country (Saudi Arabia), disgrace the name of Ghana with their promiscuous lifestyle.

The Sudanese man was also not spared as he was also assaulted.

A nude protest over the incessant killings in the region, have been embarked on by Women in Southern Kaduna, Kaduna State.

Southern Kaduna, predominantly occupied by Christians, has witnessed more ethno-religious violence than any region in Nigeria’s North.

Last Sunday, 16 people were reportedly killed in an attack by yet to be apprehended gunmen.

The killings have continued despite the deployment of military personnel to the area.

A Ghanaian man simply identified as Abubakar was caught red-handed having sex with a woman believed to be mentally ill after he reportedly told people he was taking her to go buy her kenkey, a local meal.

According to reports, the man was caught having sex with the woman in a classroom in Abuakwa, a suburb of Kumasi in Ghana.

The man was filmed completely naked holding the mentally derailed woman in the classroom while being questioned by some angry residents.

A Pastor of a Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Akure, Ondo state capital, Gideon Bakare has been excommunicated after he was nabbed naked, trying to sleep with a member’s wife.

Recall the naked Pastor was seen in a viral video, begging the family of the lady after being caught red-handed in the act.

In a statement released by RCCG spokesperson Olaitan Olubiyi on Wednesday July 8, it was gathered that Bakare was suspended for attempting adultery. He was also accused of putting the church in a bad light.

The statement read; “The Redeemed Christian Church of God has excommunicated Mr Gideon Bakare and relieved him of all ministerial duties in the Mission.

“Bakare, who was an Assistant Pastor in the Church was recently accused of attempted act of adultery with a woman in her matrimonial home in Akure, Ondo State. “The Church dissociated itself from such immoral act of Mr Bakare and described it as being completely contrary to the core values, doctrines, beliefs and practices of the RCCG and the undiluted word of God.

“The Church, after reviewing the report of her investigation, noted that by his conduct, Bakare has not only tainted his personal reputation but has portrayed the Church in a bad light.

”Mr Bakare has therefore been directed to return all official items in his custody and stay off all associated connections with the Mission with immediate effect.”

Reality TV star Diane was in the news earlier today when it was revealed that actor Mawuli Gavor was the cause for the rift between her and Elozonam, her close buddy on the BBNaija show.

The organizers of the Big Brother Naija, reality TV show has announced the date for the commencement of the 2020 reality show.

In a tweet on its official Twitter page on Monday, the BBNaija organisers said the show will resume on the 19th of July despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The tweet read: “BREAKING NEWS, The newest season of #BBNaija launches 19th July “That’s the tweet. Retweet if you’re excited”

Recall that auditioning for this year’s show took place from May 20th to 30th. Participants interested in the reality show were asked to upload a video introducing themselves and giving reasons for their interest in the show.

Reports going viral on social media have alleged that Big Brother Naija former housemate, Cynthia Nwadiora aka CeeC has been involved in an auto accident at Enugu State.

According to Bomaye who shared a video of the incident on Twitter, CeeC’s car failed brake around New Haven, Enugu.

Controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley and former Big Brother Naija housemate Kim Oprah have incited an outcry after violating the Presidential ban on interstate travel and also hosting a fully packed show in Abuja in spite of the ban on public gathering due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.

Recall that Musa Nuhu, the Director-General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority in a statement released on Tuesday June 2, said flights will resume in five airports on June 21 and other airports will be added gradually.

However in spite of the directive, the controversial singer and the reality show star boarded a private jet to Abuja for the Drive-In concert which was held at Silverbird Entertainment Center which is located at Plot 1161, Memorial Drive, By Musa Yar’adua Center, Central Business District, Abuja.
