Well they started withdrawing from your account as soon as she "lost" it. How did they know your pin, did you tell them?? If no, then its most likely her no matter how much in denial you are about it.

Go to your bank and complain. They could reverse the transaction if you give them enough hell about it.

I'm not sure if there will be problems in camp without it but it's better to be safe than sorry. Especially for us that studied abroad and have to present a lot of documentation.
