A 2000 or 2001 Camry with less than 60000 miles will definitely merit the price of 1.5M but not a car with over 100000 miles.

You're quite right but maybe you'd like to put a few things into perspective.
1. When we say its 30000miles its 30000miles and when we say its a 110000miles it is 110000miles.

It depends on where you fiing. Any panelbeater and painter around a mech's workshop should get the car sorted for about 30 grand. If you want a lil bit of pro touch, budget like 50grand and if you wanna go all the way and get it factory baked, well between 100 and 200grand. Holla.
