locodemy:Let everyone trade as they wish and as they want. Let me give you a scenario of an hypothetic stock named XYZ selling at N1.00 per share. Let's say you and I invest N100,000 each in XYZ at the beginning of January. You target 10% to sell and I target a minimum of 4% to sell. Week 1 XYZ gains 7% and I SELL at N1.07 making a 4% net to get N104,000 while you still HOLD Week 2 XYZ falls back to N1.00 so I BUY 104,000 units at N104,000 while you still HOLD Week 3 XYZ gains 7% again and I SELL at N1.07 again making another 4% net to get N108,000 while you still HOLD Week 4 XYZ falls back to N1.00 and now I BUY 108,000 units at N108,000 while you still HOLD Week 5 XYZ gains 7% again and I SELL again to net 4% getting N112,000 while you still HOLD. Note that while you are holding and waiting to get 10% I have made multiple 4% profit trades and my portfolio is 12% UP. My point is that everyone has a trading strategy that seems perfect but when you find out what someone else is doing, you might find out they are WAY AHEAD of you in profit. Therefore, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND MIND YOUR OWN TRADES. Have a beautiful day great people and HAPPY INVESTING. ![]() |
Hi friends, These past few weeks I have had about 20 people ask me about investing in the stock market. I find most if not all quite optimistic about making large returns and willing to invest a large chunk of their money. However, there are mistakes and pitfalls many first time investors make and fall in. I made such mistakes as well earlier when starting out almost 20 years ago. I have learnt a whole lot and I can say conveniently that I have not lost money but made profits consistently for the past 10 years. The following link will help and prepare both first time investors and investors that are yet to turn profits in the stock market. Please read carefully as we learn together. Lastly, I wish you all HAPPY INVESTING. Profits are shared according to the equity owned by each partner. That has to be agreed even before they begin their business dealings. |

@tayooluwole the questions you ask are very valid questions that any rational thinking person would require answers to. This 6 minute video might provide some of the answers you seek. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1780884995479933&id=1724632871105146 Cheers. |

What of 2001 Nissan Altima, 2002 Toyota Corolla, 2002 Nissan Sentra? |
Hello, I just spoke to you on the phone. How much can I get a 2006 and 2008 Toyota Matrix with full custom papers? Regards, Yomi. |
Copied:- In Zimbabwe, a man appeared and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for $20.00 each. The villagers seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest and started catching them. The man bought thousands at $20.00, and as supply started to diminish, the villagers reduced their effort. He further announced that he would now buy at $30.00. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching monkeys again. Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer increased to $40.00 each and the supply of monkeys became so little that it took so much effort to even see a monkey, let alone catch it! The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at $100.00! However, since he had to go to Jo'burg on some business, his assistant would now buy on his behalf. In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers, "Look at all these monkeys in this big cage that the man has collected. I will sell them to you at $80, and when the man returns from the city, you can sell them to him for $100.00 each." The villagers came together with all their savings and bought all the monkeys. Then they never saw the man or his assistant, only monkeys everywhere! You have just been given a free lecture on how the stock market works!!! ![]() |

angelo82:I thought you said FBNH can never drop to N2.00k? |
thesicilian:Oh yes you did miss the point. You invest ones to get tens, tens to get hundreds, hundreds to get thousands, thousands to get hundred thousands, hundred thousands to get millions, millions to get ten millions, ten millions to get hundred millions, hundred millions to get billions. Every money invested no matter how small produces a harvest if reinvested will produce more harvest. Selah! |
jeyselassie:That is where we have been taught wrong. Cain and Abel were the first recorded to sow seeds and then they reaped a harvest. Afterwards, they gave offerings from the harvest. Isaac also sowed in the land of Gerar in the land of famine and reaped a hundredfold the same year. Cain and Abel did not give to have a harvest neither did Isaac give; THEY ALL SOWED/PLANTED/INVESTED. |
thesicilian:You seemed to have missed the point. What they planted/invested in is what produced the billions. |
http://yomifaneye..com.ng/2016/04/how-christian-billionaires-have-sown.html A wise farmer knows that his harvest will always come from the seeds he plants in his own farm. From his harvest, he first sets asides seeds to plant for the next planting season, then he sells some, eats some and gives some out to those in need. A wise farmer knows that whatsoever he plants, he must surely reap. Only a lazy farmer would expect his harvest to come from the seeds he eats, sells or gives to someone in need. A farmer will be rewarded from every seed he eats, that which he sells and that which he gives out to someone in need but he always knows that his harvest will only and always come from the seeds he plants. In terms of money, it is the same as money is a seed which produces a multiplied harvest of the same when planted in the right soil. To plant money means to invest money. The world's wealthiest chirstians are not just givers but they are investors of money. They thereafter give heavily from the multiplied seed harvest of their money. 1. Tyler Perry. Planted in Tyler Perry Studios. Networth: $400 million. 2. Cher Wang & Wenchi Chen. Planted in HTC Corporation. Networth: $8.8 billion. 3. Strive Masiyiwa. Planted in Econet Wireless. Networth: $1.4 billion. 4. David Green. Planted in Hobby Lobby. Networth: $5.6 billion. 5. Do Won Chang & Jin Sook Chang. Planted in Forever 21. Networth: $5.4 billion. 6. Folorunsho Alakija. Planted in Rose of Sharon and Famfa Oil. Networth: $2.1 billion. 7. Yomi Faneye. Planted in Bootstrap and another Undisclosed brand. Networth: Undisclosed In conclusion, I want to encourage us all that as we give seeds, eat seeds, we must most importantly plant in our own farms because that is where the true harvest comes from. A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE. |
