DestinyDjohn:In a saner country, you wouldn't be perturbed because the financial infrastructure would ensure you get refunded once you lay a complaint to the appropriate authorities (see GabsonFX2's previous reply to me). Our corrupt leaders prefer our economy progresses by limping painfully. They cut off the leg of our nation claiming to be fixing it, and eventually saying we are the only country in the world that can stand on one leg. The thought of all Nigerian leaders past and present makes me vomit. |
OfficialP:The same plan for every other week — survive. |
Hard man falls. He who sows violence will not see peace. He/she will go down to their grave by violence. He who kills by the sword shall die by the sword. In hell, he will have the whole of eternity to regret his actions especially that of rejecting the saving hand of the Lord Jesus Christ while there was breath in his nostrils. |
BrightFuture48:Word. 👏 |
GabsonFX2:If the US sets a precedent with this action against MFF citing fraudulent possession of customers' fees, and knowing MFF has set a record for being transparent in their dealings, it will greatly discourage US-based prop firms from springing up. If they do eventually, the rules for participation for US & Canada residents will greatly diminish their potential for profits beyond the scope of regular brokerages. That idea of using credit cards to pay for services is worth cloning in African countries. Africans are ripped off daily as there is less payment facility to secure their funds in the event of non-performance on the side of the seller. |
Sanguine:When you suggest a dimension such as the spirit realm that is not easily subject to scientific investigation neither is it prone to logical analysis you open yourself up to ridicule - ridicule by those who think it is the superstitious conclusion used to clothe phenomena beyond our scope of understanding. In other words, they think it is hogwash. |
Like I said, my bias changed with price action. Bearish on Gold and AU. However, no entries yet. Price is still building a cause. Until I see what I'm looking for, will be following price action on the sidelines. |
karkinase:Thanks. Geovanni412 already made that clear. True. Direction is hinged on the outcome of NFP in approximately 30 minutes. My analysis, however, is reaction-based, not predictive. News is only a driver. |
karkinase:Fuel? You mean currency correlation? I don't know about that but I think today's close will determine direction. I analyse each pair as a single unit. Could you explain what you mean by fuel? |
CodeTemplar:That is actually the way to grow any economy, but you know this template is used as a front to expand the financial empire of the corrupt rulers. The price of locally produced essential commodities in Nigeria is so exorbitant that it defeats the purpose of local production. The guy you quoted made a good point. |
What do you expect? How do you think that making large purchases of rice will not cause a spike in the price of rice? FG still thinking like a secondary school student. |
Chai. Chelsea just missed a bright opportunity to sign Osimhen. |
VeeVeeMyLuv:Could be. It is very logical that their present woes may be tied to this. |
Geovanni412:I think EU is bearish. Haven't taken a look at the dollar-swiss. Like you rightly said, things may change rapidly in the near future. However, I am staying away from EU buys for now. |
OfficialP:Not the kind of news we expected just hours into the new month, eh? |
samfelly:I don't envy them in the least neither do I think they are skilled traders until proven otherwise. Statistics have proven that these set of peeps are only in it for the mula and fail eventually. They are not long-term oriented. Their drive is fueled by greed. Nothing to see here. |
Geovanni412:It would seem quite so but I'm not an authority in that matter so take my words with a pinch of salt. I got this knowledge from US residents discussing their trading limitation on forexfactory. I have heard one or two planning to migrate from the US to a trading-friendly environment where they will be able to follow their trading career without the constricting regulations that hamper their success. |
karkinase:I'm bullish biased on Gold. Missed my entry several hours ago. Looking for secure entry to join the move. However, if it doesn't I shall wait for another opportunity. No need running after trades. My bias will change only when price action tells me sentiment has changed. |
Geovanni412:Australia's laws regarding online trading are more laxed enabling freedom of operation which translates to a wider scope of choices for their customers. For example, one of the laws brokers in the US must adhere to is the maximum of 1:50 leverage ratio for US residents. This is to protect them from unnecessarily losing their investments and making sure that brokers do not take undue advantage over them. That is fine but very restricting as you would need more funds to open a position as compared to leverage ratios like 1:100, 1:200, 1:400. You get. Secondly, it is mandatory for brokers to make sure that anyone who wishes to open an opposite position must first close the previous one. For example, you have a buy trade running in profits for like 3 days but want to take advantage of a juicy sell trade which fits your parameters for opening a position and you know it is just a temporary move, you may do that with other brokers not in the US but if in the US you would be required to first close your buy trade before opening your sell trade. It is the law. Australia, as far as I know, don't have those laws. These countries you mentioned are great as well but with the reputation of Australia as a continent and country in one, standard facilities and robust financial regulations it is the ideal place for setting up trading companies comparatively. |
US and Canada always go overboard in a bid to show their concerns over the finanacial mechanisms of online trading specifically as it relates to their citizens, and in doing so they take off the wheels of these trading organizations through their stringent and burdensome regulations that, by nature, make operating these institutions a cumbersome task. This is why US and Canadian residents are usually exempted by the majority of brokers in the world. I wish MFF had its base in Australia. |
Minime10:Don't blame them. It is reflex action. |
Ibrahimlagosian:Talk about a soldier with grenade that doesn't know how it works. If you pull the safety pin (curious to know what will happen) who is to blame? |
OfficialP:I feel the same way, too. These peeps have the battle scars that attests to the fact they are war veterans. They have made the mistakes, and now they will use those mistakes as their raw materials to produce success. |
TradingGod, Realone12, Charly20, and Greatcheer...see you all at the top as your flight to financial freedom takes off. |
charly20:Hearty congratulations to all the winners but a personal congratulations to you, Charly20. I'm very very happy this opportunity landed in your lap. I know you will blaze the trail as will every other person selected. The Road to Million is paved for you guys to walk. Shalom. |
infofirst:Hmm. Boss, at this rate our appreciation will be unable to keep up with your goodness. Thanks for all you do. |
Nairalanders hate and comdemn transgenderism, homosexuality, racism, cultism, sexism, feminism, etc, but everyday they are drunk on tribalism. The front page of this thread is my proof among many. |
greatcheer:I'm greatly cheering for you and everyone here to achieve more that. The only thing between you and your goal is time. |
Geovanni412:I am (and have also been) speaking from the legal perspective, but, you and I know that many obvious cases fall flat for lack of corroborative evidence being only circumstantial evidence. Many other cases fall because time has decayed on them so that the ingredients necessary to prove a crime was committed become very impossible to find. Nonetheless, that a crime was committed is clear to all involved. This is an online forum where faceless folks have witnessed social ills fluorish and enjoy a good degree of unrestrained freedom as opposed to the offline world. The best anyone can do is to make their grievance public knowledge...and many of those affected disappear after some time while many who have been witnesses to the ordeal of these people have faithfully remained. Asking this set of people to provide evidence for something they have witnessed is indicative of watery exercise of intelligence. I hope you know that companies who make advertisements regarding their products can be sued and they will pay damages when a customer uses that product and does not get the desired effect. Know this, Mr A offers to trade for you to make profits and you accept by giving him/her money, and thus providing consideration for the deal a binding contract is created, and in breach of agreement Mr A is liable to pay you damages to compensate for your loss in the event he loses your funds. If you are a student of the legal profession you will agree with me. So you have to review that last part of your statement I highlighted in bold red. |
seeteazain:I don't understand this. I am not all for bludgeoning a person to death for a wrong but your pathway to redeeming lost fund is only logical on paper at best. Involve police and spend more money in the process? I am forced to let go so as not to incur further loss of funds and you deem my action forfeiture of my right to air my opinion of someone? C'mon. Give practicable solutions. |
Feshizzy:No problem, boss. I have nothing against anyone. My comment was only a suggestion as far as the law and moderation of justice goes. You and many others (TheYoda also comes to mind) have always being at the forefront of protecting financially vulnerable newbies and unsuspecting fellows and deserve much appreciation. But in law, you do not give punishment that is excess in weight compared to the crime committed. Please think about this. Uploading video to the internet where he is labelled a criminal is no longer punishment but online jungle justice. |
ejosh4:I guess the video is not yours but please do well to stop spreading that video. It is actionable in the court of law. This thread has done more than enough to warn folks of engaging in any transactions with him. |
