To be created in the image of God means to be created to have the very nature of God in us but not that we are members of the Godhead (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Can a human adopt a cat as their son? The righteous are the children of God. Now, we know only in part what that nature entails but one of the things we do know is that only God and man have a soul. Angels do not have a soul, neither do the 24 elders or creatures in heaven.

Secondly, only man and God can be one as the Lord Jesus and the Father and the Spirit are one. God has created in man a place that only He can reside. God cannot fill angels with His Presence (not 'will not') nor any other creation in heaven or under it except man. That oneness that transcends space and time and dimensions is only possible with God and man.

Thirdly, we came from God. We did not materialize from an external force. We have always been resident in God before He created us on earth. God told Jeremiah in the book of Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you..." This is not true of other creatures save man. Ergo, the true nature of man is light as God is Light.

One undeniable nature of God is that He is a King. If we are made in the image of God then surely we are kings. This is true as confirmed in the book of Revelations 1:6 which says "And has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." When God created Adam He gave him dominion over the works of His hands as He himself has dominion over all that are in existence.

In the book of John 10:34, Jesus quoted the book of Psalms in agreement saying men are gods. The reason is we are created in His image to worship Him. People have very little idea the meaning of worship but telling God you love Him is worship. Fellowship with God is worship. Be friends of God is worship not just verbal adoration.

Let me stop here. There is still much about our likeness to God that has not been revealed until we get to heaven but this should give us an idea what it means to be created in His image.

I'm looking at this loss and reviewing my trade and then I remembered that the last time I made huge gains was in May. And since May, I've had back to back losses and BEs but I'm still up 30% on my account.

Let's meditate on this. I'm not posting it to make myself feel good but for us to see how healthy risk management really is.

I would have had more gains but I was a bit careless last month and now I'm playing defensive like I stated when boss infofirst asked us how we will manage a 10k account.

I'm only looking for clean 200 pips and I'll be up again by 50%. If I lose 2 more times this month, that will be all.

This runs counter to the complaint by many of poor price fills by dishonest prop firms. I agree with this. There is a limit to which they can distort price feed. For example, they cannot mark your price up at an area where stops have already been filled. Truly, where you place your stoploss makes a big difference.
