Here's what i think about Erica's reign as HOH.

Erica is seen in the house as a playful person, always smiling and playing around and some of the housemates think they can toy around with her and get away with it. They get surprised when Erica gives it to them in an authoritarian fashion. For instance, Brighto wouldn't have tried what he tried yesterday by going to have his bath when Erica called everybody for a meeting. He wouldn't have tried it with Lucy or Ozo has HOH. I like how Erica is giving it to anyone who refuses to bow to her authority. There's time to be nice and time to be serious.
