A popular MFM pastor from Ondo south and the National President of the Council of concerned youth of Nigeria, Pst Olumide Akinrinlola, has come out again to say that devil has taken over the pulpit of Nigerian churches following several doctrines and interpretation of the scripture by those he refer as unbelievers. see the link below as reported by Nigerian Cable online newspaper. THE DEVIL IS ON THE PULPIT By Pastor Olumide Akinrinlola Bible says that we cannot know when the end will come, yet we are given definitive signs that foretell its coming. Part of these signs were explained in 2nd Timothy ch 3 vs 1-4 and second Timothy ch 4 from verse 3-4. Presently as I write, part of these signs has just be revealed in Nigeria. Nigerians are now God on social media who determines true and fake Man of God. my people, only God knows who is serving him. |
May God help us and give the right leader in 2019 |
people say politics is dirty and so, every God fearing leaders are running away . then I keep wondering who will clean up that dirtiness when God fearing people are running away ? is it true children of darkness that will clean the mess or the children of God |
Buhari was a wrong choice at a time Nigerians were yearning for Jonathan's replacement. He is the clueless president nigeria has ever produced. no argument about this |
Again ,pastor Olumide Akinrinlola, the national president of the council of concerned youth of Nigeria, COCYON, who was in the news last week for Criticising president Buhari over the NNPC contract scandal, has again took to his facebook page to accuse the president of nepotism over recent revelations made by the World Bank president. read his opinion below as copied from his facebook page. "Buhari Belong To Somebody And Not Everybody With the current revelations by the president of the World Bank group, Jim Yong Kim, who said that president Buhari asked him and the World Bank to concentrate on the northern region of Nigeria, it is now crystal clear to Nigerians that the word of President Muhammed Buhari where he said : "I belong to nobody, I belong to everybody", is indeed a political hocus pocus to deceive us. I want to say that the recent regional agitations in Nigeria was caused by the nepotistic attitude of Mr President and such has eroded our unity which has led to a major distraction and a set back which does not allow Nigeria government to focus on the fixing of the economy. Under President Buhari, the recent performance of the economy has been disappointing. Growth has slowed from earlier in the year and unemployment remains high. Even the quantum of job losses under this current administration cannot be quantified . And the rate of corruption keep increasing . Another revelation has just confirmed that Nepotism thrives heavily under the integrity Man of the moment. May God touch his heart so that he will belong to everybody and not somebody. LAMENTATION AT 57 By Olumide Akinrinlola All is not yet well with Nigeria after 57 years of independence. At 57, infrastructural decadence is still on the high side. The roads are still very bad across the 36 states of the federation. Many federal and state roads have become death trap and as such, many have lost their lives due to the poor conditions of our roads. Lagos – Ore road has remained the same ever since I became a full grown Man Since independence, Nigeria did not have stable supply of electricity across board. This has become a yoke no president has ever broken till date. The situation has remained the same. No community in Nigeria can boast of 24 hours supply of electricity. It’s often an interrupted power supply, candle light, or total blackout in some major parts of the country. No food, no pipe burned water .Nigeria cannot develop her agricultural sector. No drinkable government water in anyway since independence. Our scorecard in the importation foods and other commodities is considerably high. Malaysia as a country who visited us many years ago came to Nigeria to take Palm fruits for plantation. Today, Malaysia is the largest producer of palm oil and this contribute to 60% of their Gross Domestic product (GDP) while Nigeria is no where to be found. Since 57 years ago, Nigeria does not have any made in Nigeria products. We are importing 80% of our basic commodities. We are importing our cars, refrigerators, television, computers, air conditioners etc. Even 60% of our furniture are being imported. It’s as bad as that. While government officials are celebrating 57 years of Nigeria’s independent of a sovereign State, I am weeping in my closest for the reality of a country that thrive in corruption, nepotism, lawlessness, insecurity, poverty, inequality, double standard and propaganda which has been the cycle for years now. A Nation that cannot provide employments for her own citizens. What then are we celebrating ? Our leaders are celebrating 57 years of responsibility failure. They are celebrating the failed health sector. They are celebrating the failed power sector. They are celebrating the ill fated economy since independence. They are celebrating the infrastructural decadence in the country. They are celebrating the inability of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in conducting free and failed election. And of course, they are celebrating the recycling of corruption where the monotonous set of leaders who started the country 57 years ago are still the same set of people presiding over the affairs of the country till today. Nigeria at 57, What a failed Nation ! God Reveals How Difficult To Make Heaven By Pst Olumide Akinrinlola God will not forgive me if I don't share this story. It happened to one of my mother in thy Lord. She is an evangelist wholesomely anointed by God. A woman who had severally demonstrated the supernatural power of God and very rooted in evangelism. She can't do without Winning a soul in a day. This faithful day, she came back from her farm and as usual, she hardly settle down before she rushed out with her Bible to go on evangelism to at least win a soul which has become a daily exercise to her. According to her, while she was on the road going, she heard the voice of God calling her name loud and clear. She quickly responded that she was all ears and she stopped beside the road to hear why God was calling. God talking to her wasn't a new thing cos she is the type who hears audibly from God directly and have received physical visitation of angels severally. She thought God has called to tell her about something or send her on errand as usual. But she was wrong this time. The following conversation ensued between her and God according to what she shared with me. God: Omobola my daughter, you hardly rest a day without propagating my gospel. Not minding the scorching sun or the stress you went through in the farm, you will always go out to do my work. You have laboured so much in preaching my gospel and call the sinners to repentance everyday without minding the weather and that is why I decided to have mercy on you. God: My daughter.. Omobola: I am listening my lord. God: you are always on the road, moving from house to house to win soul for me tirelessly everyday, but do you know if you slump today on this road because of my work and die, you cannot make heaven. Omobola: Haa! Why Lord? What have I done that warrant losing my heaven Lord. God: my daughter, you cannot enter heaven if you die today because you refused to confess your sin before me. And that is why I decided to show mercy by informing you today because of your faithfulness in doing my work. Omobola: Shivering!! And became a stammerer instantly. She replied God. What sin is that sir, @ my age? I am more than 70 years. So, I am always conscious of confessing my sin if I commit one cos I am always after heaven at my age. God, please remind me. Tell me now and I will amend because your servant did not remember ever committing any sin without confessing them before you Lord. God : My daughter, you are thief. Omobola : laugh!!! She did not believe she was a thief and asked : what did I steal Lord cos I did not remember stealing anybody's property. God : December 12, 1970 by 2pm, you stole N20 from the ceiling and you refused to confess it before me and do restitution. In 1988, by April 5, around 4pm in the evening, you went to the building materials shop of Mr..... to buy a sharpener to sharpen your cutlass, the amount it was sold to you was N50 but you were very broke. So, you paid N30 and promise the owner of the shop that you will bring the balance later. Till today, you did not pay the balance of the money. God also told her the last one which I may not discuss here because I did not remember the third one very well again. I now turned to her, what happened next MA? She told me she start to cry bitterly because all the sins God raised against her were very true, correct, and nothing but the truth. She said God asked her to confess and go and do restitution. But she explained to me about the N20 she took from the ceiling, she narrated the Story like this. She said she keeps all her money on the ceiling and always go there to take money anytime she is in need. According to her, one day the wife of her son also went there to keep N20 in the place unknown to her. She was hungry one day and went to check the ceiling to see if she has money there and fortunately met N20 and she did not know that the money did not belong to her. Then one faithful day, her son's wife went to the ceiling as she wanted to take her N20 for her personal use and discovered the money was not longer there. She told me that when her daughter inlaw start to make inquiry and asked her about the missing money , she did not open up that she was the one who took the money but instead of her explaining herself, she was busy quarrelling with her daughter inlaw, asking when exactly did she start to use the ceiling as her safe box. She did not open up neither did she confess it until God called her a thief. You see! For 3days, I was sober when I heard this true live story from my mother in thy Lord because I don't know how baby Christian like us will scale through with lots of this touching revelations. While having this thought everyday with heavy heart, the Holy Spirit quickly reminded me of Ephesians 2:8-9 which says: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast" In short, our righteousness cannot take us to heaven despite being a born again Christian. The assignment will need to do on daily basis as a Christian is to always confess our sins, known and unknown sin, exchange our unrighteousness for the righteousness of Christ Jesus everyday . Continuously, we must ask God for the grace to make heaven anytime we say our personal prayer to Him. For you unbelievers, you must first accept Jesus and confess Him as your Lord and Savior before you can even think of making heaven. The backsliders must also rededicate their lives to Christ first. Say: Lord Jesus, I am sorry for my sin. Forgive me all my sin today. I accept you and confess you as my Lord and Savior today. Come into my life and stay there forever. Amen. Death Is Not The End Life By Pst Olumide Akinrinlola Death Is not a punishment & NOT the end of a Man. Death can be defined as the separations of the Physical body from the Spirit Man & Soul. It means life continues after death. Read the book of 1st Cor 15 vs38-54. The verses clearly did justice about the type of bodies we have and continuation of life after death. It explains what a celestial and terrestrial body are all about. It talks about the resurrection of the dead and its separation from one body to the other after death. Every body has his or her Number of time and years made to be spent on earth. The earth is not our home. Heaven is our original home but we are on earth to fulfil one or two purposes. Our original being is the Spirit man which never dies. But the spirit man, which was formed in God 's image cannot operate alone without the physical body. And that was why God formed our body with the dust of the earth and breath into it. Our spirit man now enter into the body and operate in it. When someone dies, the spirit man will separate from the physical body and go back to God to either continue living with God in eternal life or be condemned to the lake of fire for ever lasting torment. When a Man dies, the body and the spirit will separate and go to different places. The physical body returns back to the dust and we begin to cry and wail while the spirit Man will return back to God in life eternal or in condemnation . Read psalm 146 vs 3 -4 for your understanding. In Genesis chapter 1 vs 27, bible says: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. In chapter 2 vs 5-7 of thesame book of Genesis, bible told us that there was not a man on earth to till the ground and later God formed another Man with the dust of the earth. Read below : Gen 2 vs 5-7: "And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. " The two verses are two different things. It does not contradict one another as erroneously believe by some Christians. The first creature (man) in Genesis ch 1vs27 was in the image of God and that is the spirit Man while the other man in Gen ch 2 vs 5-7 was the physical Man. The component of a Man is made up of Body, Sprit and Soul. The soul and the spirit are connected. The Soul is the essence of our being. The spirit is what connect us with God. The soul is life. The soul and the spirit is your complete being whether after death or during your physical life. They always function together . Some people see both the spirit and soul as the same thing because they are connected. So, during the death of a Man, the spirit and soul will be separated from the body and that is where the word death comes in. Death is not a punishment or end of a Man. Many are bereaved when their loved one is dead because they don't know what happen next. They never knew the spirit lives on. The Book of Ecclesiastes: ch 3vs2 says : there is a time to be born, and a time to die. So if only we know where à Man is going after death, we will not cry or mourn the dead cos the separation of his body from his spirit and soul is NOT the end of his life. And that is why we must all be born again and die in Christ to guarantee our eternal life after death. My brother and sister, if you die without Christ, you will blame your body in mortuary and continue living your life (spirit and soul) in the lake of fire. Repent now ! |
The Council of Concerned Youths of Nigeria (COCYON) has suspended indefinitely its one month ultimatum given to the Ondo state government to send an anti grazing bill to the state House of Assembly or face mass action on the Lagos Benin expressway in Ore. The group says the ultimatum was suspended following a succesful peace talk with all stakeholders including government representatives, security chiefs, leaders of farmers and fulani communities at the Ore Divisoinal Police Station in Odigbo Council Area. National President of COCYON, Pastor Olumide Akinrinlola, said the herdsmen have agreed not to graze animals on farmlands henceforth as well as warn younger herdsmen on the consequences of destroying a farmland and death threats always issued to farmers. Akinrinola added that all herdsmen in Odigbo LGA have been grouped into sections and locations for grazing with a leader for easy identification of any herdsman who commits any crime or violates the agreement. He said parties agreed that anybody that breaches the agreement will face the full wrath of the law Representatives of the herdsmen were Isa Abdulahi, Abdulahi Adamu, Usman Mohammed while Chief Olowogboyega Joshua, Mr Ayenitaju Rapheal and Chief John Idowu stood in for the farmers and both parties signed the document to live in harmony and peaceful coexistence. The agreement signing was witnessed and also signed by the Interim Chairman of Odigbo LGA, Prince Adenikinju George, Divisional Police Officer Ore, CSP Moses Chuks, Director of DSS Ore, Mr Abayomi, and the State Chairman of Cattle Breeders Association, Mr Bello Garuba among others. Meanwhile, Akinrinola said the group has perfected plans to submit a draft copy of anti grazing bill to Ondo state government within one month for consideration to regulate herdsmen activities in the State. http://orangefm.com.ng/group-suspends-ultimatum-to-ondo-government-over-anti-grazing-bill/ |

If anyone has evidence of corrupt practices against me, tender it now or shut up forever- Atiku Abubakar tells his critics My take! Some are saying Atiku is a known thief and extremely corrupt personality. They should please answer these questions: Did they catch him where he was stealing money? Has he ever been convicted by any court in Nigeria? Is there any corruption allegations leveled against him by any agencies of government till date? If Atiku is adjudged as a known thief in ur own opinion, then Buhari and others have also benefited from the proceeds of his alleged crime. Shall we now say the president and other APC leaders are also accomplices and partners in crime? This clarifications sought is necessary because it is a known fact that Atiku, Tinubu, Amaechi and few others were the one who sponsored the presidential election of President Muhammadu Buhari under APC. What is your opinion on this? Pst Olumide Akinrinlola National President, council of concerned youth of Nigeria (cocyon) |
May God continue to expose the enemies of this country |
This is best revelation of the year in the government circle |
I Will Expose Your Role In Chibok Girls Kidnapping, Alhassan Threatens Elrufai The embattled Minister of Women Affairs, Amina Alhassan has threatened to expose Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir Elrufai and his role in Chibok girls kidnapping. The Minister said she was surprised that a dirty character like Elrufai could even have the gut to comment against her preference for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for 2019 Presidential race. She said, there are lot of things Nigerians needs to know about the planning and execution of Chibok girl kidnapping because those behind it will be unmasked very soon. The intention was very obvious, to defame and blackmail PDP and Jonathan out of power. The Minister became angry by the comment credited to Elrufai where he was quoted as saying that Buhari was severely warned not to appoint Amina Alhassan as Minister. Mallam Elrufai said Amina Alhassan's leaved Video, an indication that she has never been loyal to President Buhari from day one, noting that her loyalty lies with someone who is not even ready to support the party to success just because the person also want to become a president In her response, Amina said those who know history well could tell about the treacherous nature of Elrufai who can go to any length to stab anyone just to rise politically, she said Elrufai was a nobody who was as poor as church rat if not for Atiku that brought him to political relevance. The same Elrufai was among those who plotted against Jonathan by tactically supporting Boko Haram and Kidnapping of Chibok girls, the information is out there where he lied that Jonathan wanted to kill him and other top members of APC by raising a false alarm about sniper list. No sane Nigerians will take Elrufai serious because he is an unrepentant addicted liar. The same Elrufai who claimed to be loyal to president is sponsoring some bloggers and his errand boys in the media to keep attacking and defaming Buhari, at least Nigerians and our party can see his deliberate action to blackmail the President when he released his memo to the media which was supposed to be a confidential memo to the President in his bid to tarnish and embarrass Baba Buhari. I am not a coward, Buhari is my President and one of the fathers of my party APC, if I can't be real with my choice of Atiku, then it would amount to eye service, I am not that kind of person. Former President Obasanjo through his book "My Watch" gave a valid description of who the midget Elrufai is, he thrives on stabbing the hands that fed him just to rise politically, he can lie and kill so far he will rise in his political career not minding the pain he is inflicting on others, one of such is his supervision of mass killing and hurriedly burying of over 1,000 Shiites killed in Kaduna. I will personally meet with President Buhari and explain myself to him, I am not afraid of anybody in the party, after all I am a politician, for those who have gone ahead to plant a corruption story about me in the media, you are just wasting your time she added. |
brother, you need to check his facebook wall and read the nonsense article femi Adesina wrote. nothing but hate speech and a story that speaks more divisions |
Re: Wanted, A Restructuring of Mind By Femi Adesina Dear Pastor Femi Adesina, Your article on the above subject refers : Kindly note that an apostle of unity will not also write the way you wrote in that article. Bible says love your enemies and pray for them. But here, you rained abuses with harsh words on the advocates of restructuring; and you directly or indirectly addressed them as enemies of this present government just because they want Nigeria restructured. If the ocean is noisy and roaming, must the sailor also sail in like manner? You are to write motivational articles that will unite or enhance the unity of Nigeria and NOT the one that will keep dividing the country the more. Yet, those who suppose to tell you the truth keep hailing your write ups. The wailers should be your best friends and NOT your hailers. You don't expect a hungry Nigerian who is yet to have 3 square meals on his table daily to clap for the president over the news that Nigeria as a country is out of recession . Nigeria went into recession during the reign of president Muhammadu Buhari. Whether the president caused the recession or not, it is also his responsibility to take Nigeria out of recession during his reign. He couldn't have waited for someone else to come and do that for the country. What's cheering about the news that you are saying some Nigerians did not appreciate; and you obviously displayed so much anger in the article. Why must you abused those who share the views that only the reality and manifestation in the lives of common Nigerians should only be applauded and not the airing news? Dear Presidential spokesman, Nigeria is already a fragile and a divided country, please stop writing articles that will cause more divisions. Kindly tell our beloved president that prices of fuel is still on the high side. Make him aware that prices of goods and services has become unbearable by common Nigerians. Tell him that people are losing their jobs on daily basis in the private sectors and yet, government job in Nigeria is relatively scarce. Help Nigerians to inform him that our exchange rate is still on the high side. Tell him that salaries are being reduced by the employers of Labour despite the increase of house rent, transport, food items and other commodities. In short, tell him that hunger has now become a virus that kills very fast in the country. It is my hope that you will answer this my facebook call and use your good office for the onward delivery of this message to president Muhammadu Buhari for the sake of common Nigerians whose phone calls will not be picked by presidency. Thanks. Pst Olumide Akinrinlola, National President, Council of concerned youth of Nigeria (Cocyon) |
Group gives Akeredolu one month to send anti-grazing bill to Assembly Peter Dada, Akure A group of youths in Ondo State has issued one month ultimatum to the state governor, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu, to send anti-grazing bill to the Ondo State House of Assembly. The group under the auspices of the Council of Concerned Youths of Nigeria said there was a need for the governor to be proactive about the issue of security of lives and property of the people of the state, saying Fulani herdsmen had turned to terrors in the rural areas of the state, particularly in the Ondo South Senatorial District. The group, in a statement issued on Tuesday by its President, Mr. Olumide Akinrinlola, said the ultimatum was necessary in the light of the increasing trends of herdmen’s killings in the state, especially in the southern senatorial district. The group threatened to embark on a massive protest that would lead to blocking of the Lagos /Ore/Benin Expressway if the government failed to meet the ultimatum. It lamented that the herdsmen attacks were now frequent such that people were scared of going to their farms while those who were bold to go, could only do so in groups. The statement said, “The state government should prepare a bill to be sent to the state House of Assembly for consideration against the indiscriminate grazing of cattle on our farmlands to curtail this widespread evil by the herdsmen in Ondo State.” “We will embark on a mega protest on the Lagos-Benin Expressway in Ore and paralyse vehicular activities on that road. “We will ensure no vehicle coming from the East, South-South or from Lagos or those going to Akure be allowed to drive through if the state government does nothing after the expiration of one month notice counting from now (Monday).” The group also called on government to immediately fish out the herdsmen responsible for the killings and recent rape of a grandmother, Victoria Akinseye in Ore town. However, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Akeredolu, Mr. Segun Ajiboye, said government was constantly meeting with all the security agencies in the state to find a lasting solution to the problem http://punchng.com/group-gives-akeredolu-one-month-to-send-anti-grazing-bill-to-assembly/ |
Buhari seems to have effected Akeredolu, Ondo State governor on thesame issue. since cases of series of herdsmen stacks on farmer, do u know the government of Akeredolu bury her in a culture of silence |
I was just reliably informed through a friend that the national president of council of concerned youths of Nigeria (cocyon), pst Olumide Akinrinlola had just struck a deal with all timber contractors in Odigbo local government and all their drivers popularly called agbegi to join the youths with their vehicles parked on Lagos Benin express in Ore for the planned protest in case the government fail to do something serious about curtailing the activities of herdsmen in Ondo State. I love this move. it's a good development. Herdsmen are not free to behave anyhow in Ekiti state bcoz of Fayose anti grazing law. Aketi... hmmmm, comment reserved |
I mean above statement not above is. error commission sighted. pardon me Pls |
"If they want let them not go and fight the people that is killing and causing havoc. let them rather block the road and disturb people lawfully going about their" business." above is statement is ambiguous .the writer should Pls explain this statement in where readers will understand his message |
Akeredolu is too very weak on security aspect. the moment he came, cultist took over in Akure metropolis. herdsmen were killing farmers like fowl. they were some cases in Idanre, In Ode Aye under Okitipupa LGA and the latest is in Ore under Odigbo LGA. residents are lamenting and complaining that the government of Ondo State is not even interested about the horror killings as youths alleged that the governor has never issue a statement for one day to address the people once on all these crimes rate under his government. it is sardonic |
Herdsmen Menace: Youths Give Akeredolu 1 month Ultimatum To Bring Culprits To Book The Council of Concerned Youths of Nigeria has expressed their sadness and dissatisfaction over the numerous criminal acts of fulani Herdsmen in Ondo state, and the recent rape of an elderly woman. Giving Governor Rotimi Akeredolu a one month ultimatum to fish out the perpetrators. This is contained in a Press statement signed by their National President, Pastor Olumide Akinrinlola. Made available to nigeriancablenews.com Below is the statement unedited; It is satanic. It is an act that can only be perpetrated by agents of darkness. We condemn this act and we are saying no to criminality in Ondo State . These cattle rearers are supposed to be herdsmen but instead, they have suddenly turned rapists and murderers, a threat to our peaceful coexistence. It is very unfortunate that Ondo State government is not saying anything about this evil act against her citizens. This is the second occurrence in Odigbo local government area of Ondo State within a month. The first was that these herdsmen cut off the head of a farmer on his own farm land when he pleaded with them not to graze their animals on his farm to avoid destruction of the crops and the latest was that a 72 year old woman was raped on her farmland after the woman asked them not to allow the cattle destroy her farmland and till now , the governor has not issued a stern statement to condemn this act and assure her citizens of their safety. There are lot of similar crime activities in some part of Ondo State that were not given public attention because maybe the media did not report them or are not aware of them. Our people are now afraid to go to their farmland to work and those people going are now going in group. Security of our people is now in jeopardy. On this note, as the national president of the council of concerned youths of Nigeria, (cocyon ) , and as an indigene of Ondo Stste , we are using this medium to give one month notice to the state government under the leadership of Arakunrin Akeredolu to; 1) Fish out the perpetrators of the latest Rape & murder cases and make the face the full consequences according to the law. 2) Prepare a bill to be sent to the state house of Assembly for consideration against the indiscriminate grazing of cattle on our farmland in order to curtail this widespread evil by the fulani herdsmen in Ondo State. Otherwise, the Ondo state chapter of the council of concerned youths of Nigeria will embark on a mega protests on Lagos Benin express way in Ore and we shall paralyse vehicular activities on that road. We will ensure no vehicles coming from the east, south south or from Lagos or those going to Akure will be allowed to drive through if the state government did not do anything after the expiration of one month notice counting from today 28/8/2017.
