The case should be against hitting someone who is weaker, defenseless to not hitting atall when provoked and not just women because alot of women today are perpatrators of DV, they are quick to use their fist, sharp instruments or whatever it is they can lay their hands on etc to drive home their anger and when this occurs you dont hear condemnation but phrases such as “ no vex leave am, na woman”, “you be orle o!
