You've got a lovely, wonderful, cute, good gsd and honestly that mind that first poster, there is nothing wrong in showing love and care to something we cherish so much. Something keep telling me you love and willing to take care of this adorable pet I believe you can do it but first I need to asked a few question if you don't mind,::::

Ask the guy if your dog started limping after e got sick and treated? I don't want to jump into conclusion and lastly as the guy what type of treatment was given to the dog and what your dog was treated for??

bro even human fall under mammal as animal.so dog too is an animal...have you taken your dog to a vet hospital before?...its not by just loving them.How much are you willing to spend on your pet?...if I don't love my dog won't be taking her to diferent vets.you cld estimate how much treatment for 1wk wld cost multiply by 4wks.I doubt if you wld go that lenght.my point is they failed me even as I went to them.some pple prefer going to church than going to the hospital.So you do wht works for you

I do understand you so much bro and I feel you but the truth is some of the practicing vet here in nigeria are not that good they can not even tell/administered/treat common ailment in an animal talk less of detecting and treating parvovirus. Due to distant a friend of mine call on a vet to treat his pet funny thing the vet was deworming a dog that already down with parvovirus so when I got there I was ashamed n disappointed had to treat but still cover up the vet. I called him later and explained things to him. Please when it comes to injection go to the nearest clinics. I can treat human beings but I've never tried it. I direct them to go to the clinics

Didn't want to coment at 1st.but reading the attack on the guy that vacinates his dog i had to...the vet doctors were not born doctors.they learnt taking care of dogs.so a dog lover can learn the basic things like vacination...my rottweiler then puppy got so sick that she eats and throwup imediately she manage to..took her to my vet for 1wk,everyday she was bn injected but no sign of getting better.Then I went to another vet, dsame thing.went to another dsame thing .and another dsame thing.making it 4 different doctors.al these hapend within 1month.each doctor taking up to a wk...on my way from the last vet, I stopped @ a vet shop to get feed for her.there a dog lover saw her and asked what's wrong with her because she was adorable.after I narated the story, then he said animal systems are just like that of humans..thesame illment thesame drugs,just the dose diference...so he said I shld use tetracycline.which I retired to using 1 capsule morning and 1 evening.in a 3dys my dog was good to go...I traced the guy to say thank you.since then he has been the person taking care of my dog..So my conclusion is if you can vacinate your dog go on..trained doc still operate on humans and they die

I don't want to make any comment but reading this I have to make my own comment, well it's good to learn/give first aids but vaccination is not part of first aid. If you get it wrong and there is no anti-shock, your pet might suffer anaphylactic and not survived. You can google (anaphylactic). Your dog might be infected with fibromas improper of handling syrings, have this in mind that the vaccine is very sensitive and have to be kept cool at all time cos if it's left unrefrigerator for too long or expired it might not be affective. I have a lot to say but lemme just stop here. It's easy to give the vaccination at the same time easy to kill your pet so you either choose to value your pet's life or careless but if you can't give your best to your pet then your not worthy to have one. Can you call your friend to give you injection?

You've got a lovely dog so cute the most important is taking care of your pet. Study more about border collie breed the only different is the border collie bread are more hairy.

First of all the guy can not drug your friend simply because if she's indeed a virgin after she woke up she would know something just break n miss from her body. As for the last question is simple, just open your mouth, place a net in your mouth pour water and let's see if the water won't penetrate through the net to your mouth. she was not like this before it started when she took my sis friend handkerchief and ran my sis friend was like give me my stuff and she drew the dog on her tail so since then she don't allow female friends to come in to my place

You can still correct it back cos if you don't caution her she will think she's acting right and developed it into something else so try to reverse and make her see its wrong act unless if you like her like that.

It's something you should take serious and trained her to be accepting female visitor or one day when she get used to it and you not cautioning her she will attack and bite then you will then know the consequences of not stopping her now.

Do you have a vet that gives him up to date medications? And been away from home what type of foods do your mom give him? A dog growing up need proper attentions(feeding,medications,exercises e.t.c) dobberman is a sprinter so they need a lot of exercises to keep them fit and adjust to their lifestyles. but first we need pictures of it to know his present state to be able to suggest a solution.

I've once been in your shoes but trust me, It's not easy making a decision in this kind of situation but honestly Nigeria is not as bad as you think it is. You've got good educational background so fear not but in my own case I can move in and out of the country at any time cos I've got the paper I needed. Honestly coming back home have been one of the best decision cos it erase my fear and got a good job. You've a good qualification and so many companies will want to hijack you but the decisions is yours to make. choose wisely.

That Gof definitely leans more towards being a terrier than an Ilhasa Apso..

I have a few dogs myself, about 5 Ilhasa Apsos and 1 Samoyed and 1 Maltese and they look nothing like that Dog. Well.. At least not from the angle in the photo.

I will lean more towards saying its a 'Jack Rusell or Yorkie Terrier' cos it definitely has the look.

Yeah once lharsa been mixed breed the end result are sometimes abnormal cos they won't have that most future in them especially their mouth. but there is lharsa blood in that dog. so many people don't know the type of dog they can breed together to give good results.

This is the last time I'm quoting you. I'm not saying your or anyone here are illiterates but you need to learn something that we all have our right to our stands n opinion. You might give your ideas it might not goes well with me I might thinks it not good for me so you don't expect to flow or go with your own ideas so please read very well I never quoted you I gave an advice to the op so yours is there too. He will choose the best for him I still stand anything not proven medically is not good for treatment or consumption there might be side effect. He should take his dog to a vet clinic or better still go get the drugs from a good vet shop.

Sorry I mean vaccination, 6 to 8 weeks just lemme them your puppy a combination of vaccine(DHPP) that's will protect her from diseases build her immune system to fight against diseases like parvovirus and others. I don't know how much it cost over there but I'm a vet honestly getting the vaccine is not that costly.
