euromilion: Well said bro,I’m here over 20yrs and luckily to be a citizen too,I know many Africans here that are here for over 15yrs and still without any legal documents, for most of them they would be better of in Africa but because they have nothing over here nor over there so can’t go back without anything to fall back to so they’re more or less living in limbos, however There’s a demand for people with medical qualifications eg doctors and nurses. Bro...why do some people spend many years without being able to get citizenship...is it the govt or their personal fault? |

naposium: Nice thread... I love it..... This is my best and candid advice to people coming to SA pls kindly make sure you come in with a permit.... At least study permit is still more easier and easier to change to other status of permit......and If you need admission letter I do help with that from a reputable college here. Bro...what can you say about the hate for nigerians in SA...is it worth considering? |
Travel › Re: Surviving In South Africa by Nicoswit(m): 10:25am On Jan 02, 2021 |
Olamilec: Let me start from here that, if you don’t have enough money to survive in SA don’t come or agreed to waste part of your years in exchange for it, (understanding from experience) cause those people that promise you heaven and earth, you don’t know their status, and those that have legal docs don’t want you to come put sand sands for their garri, but that doesn’t mean their some that wouldn’t help. That been said, let us talk about how you can survive here without bordering people which is why I said: “have enough money”. I can’t talk about those that are just seeking for visas, but rather those that have already gotten their visas and also we that are here.
Do you know that our brothers and sisters are still acting or want to follow the means to survive in Nigeria which doesn’t have too much application here because getting stability here takes common sense, determination and discipline.
To be continued... Nice one bro |
Crime › Re: Nigerian Drug Dealer Killed In Philippines During Shootout With Police (Photos) by Nicoswit(m): 12:21pm On Jan 01, 2021 |
PenName55: Go and proclaim it on top of Kilimanjaro, they won't hear. Killing them is not even the big deal but giving innocent Nigerians bad name.
No one want to do business with Nigerians again.
I traveled to SA sometime. Spent almost a month looking for opportunities from gallery to gallery. No one wanted to have business with a Nigerian. Few days to my departure, I entered one gallery. The owner started flowing well with me. He was a white. He was going through my catalogue and was saying wow wow!. As he was doing that on seat, I was standing and was happy to have found someone interested in myworks at last. The next thing was, he asked, where are you from? Proudly, I said Nigeria. On hearing this, he stood up immediately, handed me back my catalogue, and said " I am sorry we don't do business with west Africans" he instantly walked me to the door and closed the door behind me and I felt terribly bad.
He actually, didn't want to say Nigerians. He said west Africans.
Thus my trip to SA was just for sightseeing and nothing tangible came out of it.
You see, no where you go. Once they know you are a Nigerian, they run from you. This is real
The most painful thing is, there are lots of them here on Nairaland boasting of their shaddy businesses and these Mods can't do a shiit about banning them. What is the world turning to? Why should a great site like Nairaland encourage such.
You are robbing people of their money and you are calling it bombing?? And coming to boast of it live on Nairaland.
Honestly, Seun needs to do something about it. Being an atheist doesn't mean you shouldn't know what is right from what is wrong.
Pathetic!! Thats sad...foreigners sees Nigerians as criminals, just too painful |
