I worked for a startup (tech company) immediately after obtaining my postgraduate degree. I only stayed at home for about three months before the opportunity came cheesy

To be honest, it wasn't bad at all. I basically used it as a launch pad to kick-start my career. I had a great time working for them and contributed my quota to pushing the company forward. I bounced after a year of working for them. The company is still in existence today.

I might consider working for a startup again, if I am given a flexible work schedule.

Can I link up with you?

I then urge you to sleep around with other women than your wife.

You will have lots of children who won't have their father full time, and who will at the end of the day wonder why their father cannot be with them.

At which point they would be pissed and angry with you.

To say nothing of the potential for STI's which you would pick up...(and which puts money in my fellow colleague's pockets by the way, so thanks on their behalf in advance).

One of my mates had a father who wasn't around full time. Yes, the man had side chicks. On his deathbed, my friend's father told him 'Son, don't treat your wife the way I treated your mother'.

Good morning. If my wife should sleep around, the fault is from her. I will never, ever ever betray my marital vows, even if it means looking like a fool. The complications of doing so are far worse (and yes, part of my job has included treating the fall out of such complications, which is the main reason why I am not a fan of having side chicks, even if the wife refuses to have s'x.)

If after what I have told you, I am still not making sense, you are free to sleep around. Be free. Go ahead, and keep side chicks. You don't need my permission to do so. As for me, I have done my job and told you of the cosequences.....plus keeping side chicks because your wife does not want to give you sex shows that you are not mature enough to have a conversation, or a relationship at all.

Don't judge a feedback before you know why it was given...

I just quoted the part that isn't realistic and makes no sense in your post.

A child can not curse his/her parent... The Holy Bible records that such "...candle light will be blown off..."

Hope we understand each other...

If the guy who feels pressured for sex sleeps around now, his children would eventually curse him, even if his wife tries to make them believe their dad is really a good guy. Children do not like it when their mother is betrayed.

At this point... You made no realistic sense...
Properties / Re: What Is Your Worst Experience With A Tenant? by NigAmbassador: 7:21pm On Jun 10, 2020
Dpsychologist:
What is Your Worst Experience with a Tenant?

As there are terrible experiences with landlords there are also terrible experiences with tenants. Today i will like to share a worst experience with a tenant.

My dad happens to be a landlord so we have met alot of tenants.

There was a stubborn tenant that rented a 3 bedroom flat worth 300k. He told my dad he will pay 250k now when he has the remaining he will pay. That's when the notoreity started. The tenant refused to pay the 50k, despite my dad's constant reminder.

When his rent expires he said he will soon pay that he needs more time, that he wants to pay everything at once. The next time my dad ask him, he said he is in financial crises all this was while i was in school. When i came back for end of semester break i still heard that the man hasn't paid his rent. I began pressuring my dad to collect this rent, the tenant has spent over 5months without paying a dime. My dad said the man lost his uncle and went for burial recently. Thats when i realize he has been given excuse to my dad for a very long time.

After sometimes i told my dad not to allow the man stay one more month without paying. My dad threaten to bring the police and take him to court. The man blocked my dad number, then my dad called him with another number when he picked and discover it was my dad he claim he didnt see my dad's initial call that he was sick. The man then switched off his phone.

We decided to go to meet the man together with a lawyer but he was not around. I placed a 2month notice and that he must pay for the months he has stayed in the house. After a week the man called with a new number pleading that he should not be evicted. He asked for my dad's account number so that he will pay. The man send 50k only. My dad told him he just completed his last year rent and will have to pay for the current year. The man refused. After the two months my dad changed the door lock thereby preventing him from getting inside even though his stuffs are inside.

After a month, a woman from the Neighborhood told my dad that the man we evicted is still living in the house. He usually comes in late at around 11-12pm and goes out around 7am. The next day we arrived there few minutes past 6 but the man has already gone. We discover that he changed the lock to the house. We end up confiscating all his properties and emptied his room. Till today he is yet to be found.

I have others stories about other tenants but i will love to hear your story. Over to you.

What is your worst experience with a tenant?

Do you realize that you can be sued for such actions not limited to theft, etc

If only that tenant knows his right, you might have a date with the State.

Witcher:
Politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed. If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected .

I read through this thoughts toward victory, comparing insight from certain books of grave and weird wisdom, strategies and knowledge.

Your thought does not sum the difference between a war and a battle, thus making your plan more untrustworthy.

Now the difference, in a battle situation your thoughts could be applied at field risk but not at command risk. In a war situation, you need the ancient wisdom of Athena and every force of divinity, nature and man must come to bear for you.

A command knows that battles can be lost but never a war.

In a nutshell, not all oceans are sailable... The winds may not come to aid

US will pay dearly for this folly. Killing a government official OPENLY (Not in a war theatre) and admitting to it, is the most foolish thing that has been done since world warII.

What Trump had effectively done by Killing Soleimani is that he has established that in this war of attrition between nations killing foreign diplomats is a fair game.

I repeat, going after a diplomat and killing him publicly is a no-no and I believe the US will regret this action, and this may hurt trumps chance of reelection. Iran is no pushover!!
What's your understanding of who is a diplomat?

sarrki:
Capt Osakwe was so trusted by Gen Ojujwu that he entrusted his life to him. At the last hours of Biafra, Ojukwu had to make that historical departure from Biafra.

Ojukwu's failure to exit would have been a fatal error of sure death to him. Many other Biafran pilots were ready to do that last flight for the General. But Ojukwu trusted none but Capt Osakwe to ferry him to safety.

A wrong saboteur would have just diverted the plane elsewhere, and the rest is history. Ojukwu trusted Capt Osakwe who delivered him to safety.

Osakwe was from Umuikem village in Onitsha. Any side talk that Onitsha people were not supportive of Biafra is unsubstantiated. Even the chief justice of Biafra, Justice Louis Mbanefo was from Onitsha too. Mbanefo drafted Biafran surrender instrument, and he led Biafra delegates to surrender to Gen Gowon in 1970, Jan 15th.

..History lesson!!
Do you wish to know one of the engineers from an Oil company that fueled the aircraft that took Ojukwu to safety?

Please I am really scared and confused right now. I need serious advice.

It happened when I and my boyfriend broke up due to some misunderstandings, we were not engaged then.

We broke up and didn't contact each other for weeks. Then I traveled to Ogun state at my grandma's place for somethings. I met this guy and we got along well. We go on outings, had fun and eventually had sex. After that it dawned on me and I regret it. I ignored him for some days and later came to my grandma's place to look for me.

We talked and he told me he want us to start a relationship. I declined and told him I have no feelings for him.

After a week I left Ogun state and came back to Lagos.

Afterwards I got back together with my ex and now we are engaged. We haven't picked a wedding date yet but we planned it to be next year.

Fast forward to last Month, my fiance told me he needed to rent an apartment for one of his friends coming to lag to stay permanently.
He got the apartment and the guy came to lag..
I didn't get to meet him until after a week...
I was in a mall with my fiance and he called him telling him he need to go out since he was bored. He came to the mall and behold it was this same guy I met in Ogun State. I knew I was doomed .... I got really scared and nervous at the same time cuz my bf never mentioned or showed me his pics before...

He was only looking at me without saying anything except to my fiance... I was even scared of leaving their midst cuz I was scared he would tell my fiance....

Later that week he called me with a different line and told me it was him. I ended the call immediately on hearing his name....

I can't tell my fiance what happened btw us or he would never forgive me...

The guy has been calling but am not picking his calls am scared of what he might say...

I told my friend abt it and she asked me to have an agreement with the guy never to tell my fiance but am really scared about everything and confused....

But then I remember have seen his face on my fiance phone before but didn't pay attention cuz he was on lowcut there...

Have been acting funny around my fiance especially when the guy is there and he is starting to suspect something is going on...pls help me...

I can't lose my fiance and I don't want the wedding called off...

Pls kindly advice but I can't tell my fiance cuz he often tells me he can't have a taste of what his friends have tasted...

I can't stop thinking and crying...

Pls help me I beg u all

Just tell your guy... Your mental stability is key to your freedom...the Truth will surely set you free...

I'm convinced that you're actually brilliant. Forget those deceiving you that you must know someone before getting NNPC employment. Many Nigerians in NNPC don't know Jack as at the time of getting the employment and it's still like that today.

Bank job is good but how long do you want to stay in it My lil piece of advice is that, risk it! But pray hard for God's direction.
A day prior to your interview at the Towers, go to your training venue early and take your role call. Bolt out to Abj by 9.30-10am. Try to return to Lagos same day after your interview, even if it requires you to use night Bus. My 2 cent!!!!

mapet:

Bros,

As someone in the Oil & Gas industry I will advise you to take your chances with NNPC, even if it means loosing out on the bank.

NNPC is a job that gives you stability and some opportunities to pursue both your career & academic endeavors without impacting your job. For example most serious & ambitious NNPC & CBN staff take advantage of the leave of absence structure to pursue abroad Masters & PhD. There salaries is not stopped while they are away, and NNPC picks your study bills.

For someone like you, whom I strongly believe is smart, even if you don't make the cut at the interview (which I strongly doubt), you are smart enough to get another bank job

I'm very confused right now.
I'm presently undergoing training as a graduate trainee in one of the first-generation banks in Nigeria. I resumed not too long ago, and it's gonna span for three months, after which I'd be fully absorbed into the bank as a core staff. The training school is in Lagos, and you dare not seek permission, as it will not be granted. You even risk getting sent off if you arrive the training school 10 minutes late.

Just yesterday, I received an email from NNPC stating that I've been shortlisted for an interview (Graduate Trainee) slated to hold in Abuja next week.

I really don't know what to do, as I risk losing both if I attend the interview with NNPC without an express permission from the bank.

N.B: Both are graduate trainee roles.

I'm mystified right now. I hope to get plausible answers from my ogas here..
