This has absolutely nothing to do with being honest.. Honesty is tested when one can make away with such amount with a near-zero chance of getting caught.

In this instance, he had to return the money if he doesn't want to be on the run from the Law, with his bank details clearly showing as the recipient of that money grin

He would have been caught one way or the other if he didn't return that money.. He has saved himself from eating a lot of prison beans, and even got free 50k ontop grin

Nice day at the office for him, if you ask me cool

You made a valid point.

I think I need to speak to every man out there;

1. Women are our help-meet(not mate). If you find one do keep her. Never run a competition in your relationship, both couples will lose. No one wins at the end.
2. Keep grinding it out, even if she earns better than you. A good woman will always be by your side. Support your home.
3. Be a real man and avoid feeling low. She may earn better now, you too can. Just up your game and do your part.
4. A woman will always remain beautiful. Oga, remain handsome. (If you know what I mean)
5. Learn to love and live. Also, let's teach our male children same.

Thank you!

If I were in your shoes, after her confession, I'd hold her tight, caress her body and kiss guilt out of her mind.

I'd cuddle her and if she wants more I'll give her the appropriate dosage for sexual healing.

You're not romantic, that's the problem.

When was the last time you went to the Cinema with your wife?

When was the last time you sent her a voice noice at work telling her, "sweetie, I wanna sniff your panties right now, pull it down gently with my teeth and worship your body which is the reason I still live". grin

Do you remember that period when your relationship was younger? When you couldn't stay a day without calling her for minutes if she wasn't with you? When you'd go for dates and tell her you'd buy London for her? When you made her forget there was any man in her life before you and so she accepted to be your woman forever?

Go back to those days. If possible, get her a wedding gown and yourself a suit and remake your vows in your living room. If you have kids let them be part of it. Promise to love her forever and ever and let her be your best friend who will tell you everything including when she uses the toilet.

If you went to the world's best marriage counselor who had saved first year marriages that could have crashed to reach 4 decades of joy and happiness, their recommendation wouldn't be different from mine.

If you follow my advice and it doesn't produce positive results, mention me and I'll deactivate my account.

Oga you go need deactivate your account.... Mark my words

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Has A Very Reckless Past. by NigAmbassador: 8:01am On Mar 29, 2022
Officiallyme:
Hello guys, met this girl some time around January this year and asked her out and we started dating ever since

So recently, I got to know about her past. Her past was so reckless that it is giving me a second thought about everything, started having s*x at the age of 15 while in secondary school and travelling to see a lot of men whom she claimed was asking after her hand in marriage. This girl has slept with so many guys that it's freaking me out, funny thing is, she's been lying and hiding some things but as a smart guy, I've always had my way around her to tell me the truth.

She told me she did a "mistake" abortion for one of her boyfriends then and just last year December, she had s*x with a married man and she knew very well he was married. These are just few of the stuffs I recently found out about, I know it's all in the past and she claims she's changed and want a real relationship with me but I don't believe at all, she claims to love me so much and cannot do without me and honestly, I love her too but I'm scared this may just change a lot about everything.

I don't know what to do, I'm hurt and disappointed and I don't know what to do now. I just need someone to talk to me, please don't insult me, I just need some pieces of advise.

Thanks

Chief, you just met her January of 2022? There is nothing new under the surface of the earth. Don't be disappointed, learn to know that everyone has a past. Let me shock you, do you know what your ancestors actually did? Learn to live with peace of mind accepting this fact.

For the Lady, see real love takes time. You also need to be a real man and learn how to see the diamond covered by dirt. You need to ask yourself certain important questions that strikes the very cords of both souls (The Lady's and Yours). No need to get emotional about this issue, get factual and pointed. That why we are Men!

May we live and die as Men would....

Politics / What Do You Think? by NigAmbassador: 9:55pm On Jan 25, 2022
I came across this piece, and I believe it is worth your read time.

LOSING FROM THE HEAD.

As someone had noted most of the BokoHaram and bandits terrorizing this country, are no doubt mostly from outside here..Yet as another person had also said, all shades of terrorists seem to be converging in the country because they seem to have found a local leader sympathetic to their belief and cause, and who had obviously looked the other way mostly for as much as many can discern.

Nothing could have so paralyzed and rendered impotent the coercive power and resistance of a more than 200million strong people country, except by clear conspiracy encoded and dictated unequivocally by oga's body language. My opinion.

There is no doubt about the position of the country's present leader. He didn't assume that mindset today. And regardless of what some local politicians will want to tell us, some of us will not change our thoughts and belief about the individual.

And we will not apologize.

Meanwhile, I always wondered why the educated-middle-working class get to take the beating from the danfo drivers and gatemen each time the system or any social order collapses. One day it hit me.

It occurred to me that these are the real errand boys to the oppressors. The facilitators. Eager Jobmen who passionately snatch the guns from the oppressors, aim and shoot at anyone who dare to ask questions from the floor.

Remember an animal called Squealer in George Orwell's Animal Farm? Yea, that guy.

Not the thugs on the street, or the Touts collecting danfo tolls at each buststop. Nay.

It is the elected Officials of the NURTW. The elected market leaders. The Chief Medical Directors, The lawyers and tax consultants who draft agreements and inject tax avoidance clauses to impress their billionaire client but deprive the state . The Accountants, CFOs, CRO, COOs, Production Managers, Site Engineers, etc. The SSAs to state governors, Senior Technical Assistants to generations of CBN governors and Presidents and Vice Presidents. The Junior Pastors in Charge of Administration and those around the senior pastors who ensures that nobody demands accountability. The Professional colleagues on Whatsapp Groups who specializes in shooting down the slightest attempt to demand for Right or More. Yes, there is the real problem of Nigeria.

One other thing I observed about these set of folks apart from their paralyzing fear of the unknown, willingness to lick ass and eagerness to throw the rest of society and mankind under the bus, is their chronic stockholm syndrome and missappropriation of their brilliance, skill, education, qualification, exposure and means to further the suffering of the majority at the benefit of their masters and perhaps a few crumbs of their own.

So you see why the folks in the streets at Ikotun- Egbe, Mushin, Obalende and Jakande, rather worship Jagaban, Orji Kalu or Ganduje, but hate you running around in your small SUV? Why they prefer Bubu but use their Danfo, Keke and Okada to chase you into every small corner at the slightest opportunity in traffic?

The fact that we can choose what is good for our children, but trivialize the terror that befall other humans, including children, really helps me perhaps to understand why 2 Maigaurds can connive and kill the oga or madam of the house and bury them in a shallow grave. Why a cook can wash her ass and use the dirty water to cook for the household, while topping it up with some of her spit at intervals. Afterall shebi madam and her children dey dia for parlour dey watch netflix from morning till night?

You see, in my opinion, we are the real terrorists. We - these educated men and women of moderate to substantial means -are the real #MeanMen.

Those Danfo, Keke and Okada riders that hate us, probably have valid points of wanting us out of the way.

We, to whom much have been given are indeed the stumbling block to the progress of majority.

Just Reflecting Loudly.

Family / Re: DNA Test, I Am Scared by NigAmbassador: 7:42pm On Sep 30, 2021
Barrister026:
My dad called me on the phone 2 days ago asking if I be coming home for the holiday, which is unlikely of him, because I just left home not quite long and he hardly call. (I school within our state, studying law)..... while we were on the call he mentioned about the Dr appointment. (We normally do routine check-up every 2 months )

Throwing the question to me if I even know my blood group. (I replied, no)
At FIRST I thought it's just a normal question.

Am 21yrs old, eldest among 3 siblings and I think my dad has something planned out, he's an Internet freak even more than I, he's actively online on twitter, facebook, and seeing all the uproars about DNA test here and there on Nairaland, I think he's going to ask me to come to the hospital with him disguising it as me Knowing my blood group (for a DNA test.)

The thing here is am scared, because all my life I have seen people saying never to trust a woman (I love my mom, but still am scared)

What if it's a DNA test (which I strongly believe it is)
What if it's turns out complicated
Would he still accept me? Or abandon me to myself.
So many thoughts running through my head, they are reasons for that.

He's black, I am fair (though my mum says I took his father complexion)

Pls help me...am thinking to stay back in school or go home This evening.
Am confused.

Are you aware that you can trace any DNA using human fluid (blood, salavia, sweat, urine, etc), hair, skin, teeth, etc? If na DNA, your papa for don know since? Remember, you said that your dad is a tech savy.

To fellow Men, even if you trust your wife, plan to do a DNA. E get why.
