500 level isn't a final year too.
what they are saying is that if your course of study spans for 4 years and you are in the last lap which is 400 you are to resume.
and if na 5years and you are in 500 level you are to resume.
law is a 7 years course.a 600 level student will not resume becoz he isn't in final
