If we make the mistake of not moving forward next season, we run the risk of stagnating. The positions of Moses, Pedro, Cahill and Matic need to find serious upgrades.

I don't think it will be unfair to Moses. Just like Willian (who works just as hard), Moses is far too unproductive for a player who gets into very interesting positions.

I think Moses is tactically the more conservative of our two wing backs, and he doesn't get anywhere as far upfront as Alonso - so I don't think he has done badly at all, infact like I said earlier, I think he has been brilliant this season. This is his first season as a wingback, in a new system, and in a title challenge and thus far he's given a very good account of himself, and I'm sure he will further improve as time goes on.

I've really enjoyed Pedro's game this season but sadly, I must agree with you on that count.

Cahill is still useful for the bench, and I keep wondering why we can't convert Matic to that left sided centreback - he has the physique for it, and while his passing range is limited in midfield, I think it is very good for a CB.

Either way, I agree that all those names need to be upgraded except for Moses.

Away from that, do you think Moses can own that role down irrespective of our Summer transfer dealings and will he be able to play against top opposition like Neymer and co?

It will be unfair to Moses if he loses his place next season. He has been brilliant. The only thing I'm not sure of is if he can excel in a back 4.

I think he's hit the bar twice with his kicks so he was due one.

I've always been of the opinion that Matic offers nowhere near the midfield security that we've been told he brings. In fact, as I was typing This, Matic was robbed on the ball.
I've always insisted that Matic fans conflate what he's supposed to do on the pitch with what he actually does, actions which are worlds apart.

The reason I posted this thing wasn't even to spite Matic, just to point out that from a defensive perspective, it really doesn't matter who plays alongside Kante in a 343.

From an attacking perspective however....

For me the basic rule is don't gamble the amount that will popo your life, send you to hospital or set goons on you if you lose.

I would take those odds, I just won't stake as much. But if you are already willing to stake 100k, then those are as safe odds as you're likely to get.

Everything in this post is a lie. If quaresma trains 25 hours a day, he can never be as good as Ronaldo. The reason quaresma kept getting compared to Ronaldo was due to the dribbling factor - and Ronaldo dropped that before he even left England.

You need to go and see the scientific breakdown of Ronaldo's ability. The guy was already genetically perfect for this game, before he started training.
