What midfield? Fred is not a DM, will never be. Pogba has no business playing too deep with all that defensive responsibility.

That said, I think the major problem here is that we lose the ball too easily. This current set of players should be able to keep the ball and starve opponents, but they're always in a hurry to break, therefore losing the ball too many times

Key thing is to keep the ball, dont be in a hurry. Bruno is the number 1 culprit, then Fred, then Pogba etc. Let's play normal football for Bleep's sake

We all know Pogba functions well on the left, be it as a midfielder or attacker, plus if given a free role. We would have to stick with LCM if we want to get the best from our attackers or play them at all.

Bruno can do AM, no free role, let him stay and help the attackers. Ronaldo as 9, Green on the left, Sancho on the right.

Whenever we try to set up the midfield in an attacking way, we always concede the midfield. Even if we play against Eyimba with an attack-minded midfield, we will definitely concede the midfield.

This is definitely on the coaches. Players must be played in the positions where they can positively influence the game without being excessively exploited by the opponents.

A DM won’t do anything in this game, we need to score one or two goals in the first half to shut them up. Counterattacks are normal.

It’s 4-3-3......completely different from what the boiz are used to 4-2-3-1.

Good oppositions will catch us on the break, but we must get used to it, especially against small teams, if we want to win the league and we want Ronaldo to play well for us. We can revert to 4-2-3-1 when we face the big boiz.

I agree with you completely. There is no excuse for not winning at least one of the major trophies this season. The additions of Sancho, Varane, and Ronaldo have changed the expectations.

But if you accept that he is limited compared to his rivals then you should also accept that whatever advantage we can give him is good. This squad with an elite manager would have been one of the favorites for the title but because of the manager most pundits still rate Man Shitty and Chelshit above us.

For me if we don't win major titles this year he should be sacked BUT you know nitrogen and his board members will keep him as long as we make top 4. Hopefully CR7's arrival will inspire a change in aspirations in the club.

I just want to stack the deck in our favor by adding a quality DM that can hold the position on his own and allow us to field the attacking players that we have. That is our best route to titles this season. I am more interested in us winning titles than Amaka proving to me that he is Tuchel and Pep's equal when i already know he is not.
