There will always be a time that consistency and stability will come in.
Liverpool were like that too during klopps early days, blowing hot and cold, but there board backed him because of the potential they saw whenever they played well. Liverpool started becoming consistent in getting results in 2018, after like 2 seasons of hot and cold.

This season will probably determine that and I strongly feels that Ole will do well considering the things he's had to learn for the past 1½ years. From the look of things so far, he's been learning from his mistakes and the way he's been approaching things, he doesn't look like someone that will repeat his mistakes twice.

Just 2-3 games o, don’t say he’s been learning from his mistakes abeg. What if his system is to bring on board new signings to ginger the team, and as soon as they blend with the team, we return to our normal self? Just a harmless question.

I do hope he gets it right this time, I am tired of one step forward one step backward.

Wasn't it at the end of the transfer window that we loaned out Periera and dropped Lingard after we added Telles and Cavani? Season had already started before that happened so anyone complaining we had a poor squad was justified.

Why should I stop mentioning Lingard and Pereira when fact shows that we've played better without them? Even when football resumed in June and they were dropped.

That we have a decent first team isn't news to anyone. The major improvements in performance have come from players stepping up and improving their gameplay.
Compare how Maguire, Shaw and Pogba played against Spurs to how they played yesterday and u'll see what i'm talking about.
Even Rashford has stopped his headless chicken runs and is now more direct around the box and McTom is growing to be a dependable DM.
That we had a good starting 11 and a bench we could count on yesterday was added bonus.

Telles and Cavani has not even played anything yet for us but we're doing very fine. Even after we got VDB, there were still cries or poor squad. We wanted all the defenders changed, Fred sold and asked for a new 11 lol. They said OGS was set up to fail just because we didn't buy Sancho lmao.
