It's Ajiran. I also listened to Kola Olawuyi's package on it back then.

If Kola Olawuyi is alive today and could read balderdash, ignorants claiming woke, wrote here, he will just burst into that his signature laughter.
Oh yeah, quite a long time. That guy scared the sh1t out of me back then.

@gensteejay, you have the name of the town, please go ahead with your research.

Interesting. I last traveled to Iseyin in 2016. I think it's a fairly large city; do you have an idea of the town there to narrow down the search?
No idea o......when I was living in a town close to Ibadan, we heard stories about Ghosts and Akudayas, don't know if anyone knows the radio show 'Irinkirindo' by Kolawole Olawuyi.

Then, Iseyin was like a town for those stuffs, apologies if anyone is from there o.

@nitrogen, are you sure there's really such a town and do you know its name? Or you just heard someone said such a town exists.

I'm only making an enquiry for research purpose, neither doubting nor supporting the existence of the particular town you've in mind.
I heard it's Iseyin, in Oyo State.

Lol, wait sef, there is a town in south west that has many 'akudayas' (reincarnated - same body and soul o). If a family member dies, they will tell you to go to that town, you will find him or her enjoying life in the town, but they tend to disappear when someone that knows them in their previous life sees them (like eyeball to eyeball).

Interesting stuffs sha.

There is nothing like ghost or apparitions.

The human brain is the most complex biological mechanism ever seen.
Unfortunately because we humans haven't been able to fully decode and understand this complex mechanism, as usual we humans chalk it's unexplained phenomenons as "supernatural events".
People take dreams as supernatural messages.

What that O.P and other neighbors are claiming is most likely self induced delusion or hallucinations.
Because of such strange untimely death, the shock and fear will most likely induce such hallucinations.
I repeat, there is nothing like ghosts. It's just our brain doing it's thing.
We always want to fear the unknown rather than find the logic behind such phenomenas.
Why should they be in shock and fear because a neighbour died?

Also, there are accounts of ghosts from the village visiting individuals in the city. cheesy

I will definitely look into Eurobonds, the invested money will be in foreign currency I guess, and as such should assure stability in stored value and returns
Correct. No FX risk as such since you have your investment in foreign currency, and you are relatively safe since it's a Govt issued security.

Just speak to Stanbic IBTC, FBN Capital or Investment One. They all have Dollar funds that invest in FGN Eurobonds.

ToyinDipo:
All the tips I glean from this thread, don turn me to investor, and I am becoming more aggressive with it.
I hope it doesn't burn
Lol, just be smart about it.

FGN Eurobonds are really making sense right now because the yield is high (8-10 percent on a dollar investment).

A lot of foreign investors are buying because IMF gave Nigeria about 3.4 billion dollars very recently with some 'washington concensus' conditions like removal of fuel subsidy, reducing recurrent expenditure, intensifying diversification efforts etc.

That has opened up the market and attracted investors because those conditions, if met, will derisk and slightly improve Nigeria's economy.

You can access Eurobonds through dollar funds managed by asset managers, that way, liquidity is ensured, you can easily buy and sell anytime.

Regarding the census issue.

Look at this image and infer something.

We have a large population, yes. But our population has been inflated.

We aren't up to 250 million in Nigeria.
The picture you posted suggests that Nigeria and few other countries have estimated total population of 250m.

Right now, estimated population of Nigeria is between 190m and 210m. This is actually possible, can you estimate the population of Kano alone? We all know how Northerners are, there are tens of millions of almajiris in the north.

Before I left Lagos, a BDC owner (a bit literate) was occupying the next flat, this guy has 5 wives, 2 in Lagos, 3 in the north. Guess how many children he has, 14. One Hausa family with 20 members.

So, the range makes sense to me, the actual number could be slightly higher though.

If you really understood that post, you will see that what I meant is that the show was authentic, they had all types of authentic sex scenes.

For better clarity, the show was about 8 people from different parts of the world who were born at the same time on the same day and shared telepathic connections(dreams) they couldn't explain. One from Kenya, the others from USA, Germany, India, Iceland, China and Brazil.

The sex scenes were shot such that if one person among them was having sex or experiencing intense emotions, the others would be feeling it too at the same time.
I can't fully describe it but i hope you get the picture.
These were not the normal sex scenes you see. It was quite plainly unique and extraordinary.

No vex o, meanwhile, I never watch gay BFs or Fs before. Quite crazy if I am really interested in stuffs like that though. Absolutely disgusting! undecided

I am not an Atiku fan, but he is making sense, Buhari was saying he will sell off some Presidential jets when he becomes president till today he is yet to sell one. Sell the Damn jets and fund the budget, but oga is bent on borrow borrow, Those Jets plus Abacha loot are enough to fund the budget let's not even mention revenues coming from IGR, Customs etc
Lol, how much is Abacha loot? you people will just be making assumptions without reasonable calculations to back them up.

Abacha loot at max of 1 billion dollars is just 360 billion naira, e no even reach 5 percent of the budget. Sell the Jets for an optimistic amount of 1 billion dollars, e no reach anything.

You guys should stop talking about stuffs that you know nothing about.
