Wow! Are you still having this issue? Thought it's been resolved! I use ARM and I don't have such issues though. This is really serious.

@OP you are certainly within your rights. However, for the sake of your own peace of mind you don't necessarily have to fight every single battle. At the point where they offered you the new phone, you would have just let sleeping dogs lie after accepting the phone. This is life, you can't win all the time. That doesn't at all make you a looser. Your peace of mind shd be worth more to you than all these going up and down for years.

On a personal note, I somehow grew apart with few friends of old who had this attitude of fighting everything. It's exhausting.

Very much often.
Take a deep look at the chart below. Recently for 5 years until late 2023, our top ngx 50 stocks were in the deep red. Only few rare professionals who regularly do additions+DCA) and know how and when to do dividends hunting, and also compounding were able to beat the game. And they do it with a mix of money market instruments like bonds, T-Bills, commercial papers, loans, etc
Retail traders like you and I can't even last long to even survive such bearish years.
Equity mutual funds are aggressive and not profitable in ten years intervals. Balanced funds are way better due to the components.

Typically most balanced funds are slow and steady. And Quantum zenith is up about 34% YTD, that isn't bad at all. Only when compared with a typical equity fund which are mostly above +50% YTD that makes it unpleasant .
However the reality is that not every year will be like this year or close bullish, when down markets come, which can last far more than imagined, balanced funds are best performing, due to the components. I am in zedcrest, but I doubt if it's not a one hit wonder. Funds with over 5 years historically performance tell the true picture.

Call their number. I had to do that when I moved my funds after 12 hours I called them.

Besides, I think I saw something like withdrawal after 5pm will henceforth be treated the next day. I cannot find it again, I think I saw it at the point of withdrawing.

Just ensure you have uploaded necessary required documents and you've been cleared.

The moment you're able to invest beyond 300,000 naira (actually > 200,000 naira), you're good to go

I have account with them since 9 months ago, but I never see reason to fund am. Me no dey rush. Once I pick you, I no dey hurry go anywhere.

So far, Norrenberger and Stanbic IBTC dey try. I rate Norrenberger because you fit easily reach their people.

Thank you for the advice. I've actually moved my funds to ARM like I did say. I think I'm more conversant with their operations for now. Though I'm setting up my stambic account on the Bluenest app in preparation for some diversification by January. My only problem is that my profile updated is perpetually at 70% and showing as "Basic". I hope it completes to 100% by then. But then I don't really know if I can operate it with that Basic level without any problems.

I invested in 5000 units of ARM Discovery Fund in 2008 at N1.50 each or thereabouts and opted to reinvest the dividends too. I want to know how many units it has grown to and what is the current value of what I have now.

Abeg, those of you that like to ask questions such as, which is the best mmf platform? there by getting responses promoting some platforms should stop it. Whatever info put out here is used behind the scene by people.

I recently joined First Ally from the promotion the company got here about two weeks ago as the best but the high blood pressure the system gave yesterday fit kpai someone lol.

First, l tried to check my investment, they said my password was incorrect, l checked the password carefully and tried to login again but got same incorrect password replied. I tried the 3rd times, they banned me for about 3 hours. At this point, l said they have finally got me again.

I rushed to this thread to see if others are experiencing same, l got a bit of relief when l learnt the system was under maintenance. I started praying and counting down to 7:55pm when l was told to login again. @8pm, l tried login in with same password l have been using for 3 more times and my account was locked again and l was asked to try again at 10:44pm. At this point, l said maybe l have been ran street by the platform. I came back to this thread again, this time, l started reading comments on password resetting.

I said today na today, na night vigil l go do like this so. But l slept off, woke up around 2am. The saying in the bible that, where a man treasure is, there his heart will be is a confirmed truth/fact. The moment l was awake, l rushed to first Ally, tried to login the 1st time, got incorrect password or email reply, l hit the forgot password button and was told a password recovery/resetting code has been sent to my registered email, got the code and entered and was asked to enter a new password and to re-enter it after which l gained access to my account.

The most annoying part is, l didn't even change the password. I entered the old password as new one and the system accepted it still. My question now is, is this what old clients have been going through and those of us just joining will be encountering each time first Ally is going to do maintenance?

Trustbank via cowrie, since l joined in January, not even for once did l encounter any hitch login into my account. I will conclude by saying, no MMF platform is the best. They all have comparative advantages over one another. Thanks for reading and attention to this matter

Well I understand your frustrations as I'm also new to First Ally too and didn't like the extended maintenance period, though I didn't allow it disturb my sleep lol.

I know periodic maintenance is not out of place for any app/system, but the comment someone made here yesterday that such is common with the first Ally app isn't sitting well with me. So I've decided to go back to ARMOne cos at least their firm managed my pension for years until recently when I just requested for a balance en-bloc payment.

So I'm used to their operations, even if they don't update earnings during the weekends. Besides their rate is very fair. I don't want to be carried away by very high interest and be facing such incessant maintenance downtimes. I'm new to all this and I don't want to here story.

All these increment is not the solution to anything because it will in turn inflate prices of everything at a much higher rate that even the new wage will have a much lesser purchasing power. Workers may end up poorer in the long run.

For first ally, u can see your interest daily, but it is not added to capital. Interest will be added to everybody's account on 1st October, but u will need to tap the refresh button close to your balance, but on the 2nd of October, it will automatically be added to your balance if u didn't tap d refresh button on the 1st

So does this happen only on 1st October every year or also on 1st of every quarter?

So my conclusion is that the teenager may most likely be right here.

It's not about tieing scalf and wearing long clinging clothes. Modest dressing is about covering up properly and toning down attention on your sexual parts.
