OK it's very possible cos most batch A corpers and batch C corpers were disenfranchised and even d batch B corpers that participated in the registration process were sent to different location for the voting exercise, So virtually all corpers did not participate.I served in benue state and I registered there but left benue after I finished my service year for Lagos, So it was impossible for me to vote, So it's very possible, am not saying that 65% of d registered Nigerians that did not vote are corpers.
