BTA1 are those who did not go through the Graduate Trainee route, you will have to go from BTA1 to BTA2 before you CAN become an ABO. Going through the Graduate Trainee route will give you the ABO grade immediately after the Training School.


SBO(Senior Banking Officer) is the grade above BO(banking officer) and ABO(assistant banking officer)

so a BTA1 SBO is a Senior Banking Officer role. Higher than ABO and BO. Do you have an idea of the monthly pay please?
