blesseenE: Dragnet said i scored 48.21% as against the 50% cutoff and can't proceed to the next stage. Kudos and Success to those that passed.
Even if i passed, i rily dont think i would have gone for the 2nd stage coz is another test and @Lagos. Travelling from east to Lagos for a test 'no be beans'. Dragnet u guys should decentralize na.
For those writing 2mao. SHL is not that difficult. Be relaxed but fast. Success all. Am praying for another opportunity like this oo...coz i want chop oil money too. lol Thanks dear, but my advice if u get such an opportunity, take the risk. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I can tell u dat there are men moving even from Ptown to Lag. But all the same. Best wishes to U dear |

scoffield245: I still postulate. To write an exam and have a thread for it only to come dia and be asking wats de next stage and wen interview and offering prayers on the thread won't help anyone. Even if u pray in the pinnacle of the tabernacle. It won't put food on ur table or money in ur pocket. Rather hard work does.and hard work is achieved by reading. And learning wen u fail so u will do better next time.if everybody passed like everyone is claiming here then wud dey employ all 50000.many will fail while many passes.thats the essence of doing correction which no other forum can do for u rather than the thread of fellows. Google can sometimes but even sometime it fails to clarify and only others' choices convinces u. It's very funny seeing many refusing to offer solutions and hiding behind superior knowledge and work and positing that they are big boys and girls while those of us commenting are small boys.to me u are notin but a dead brain ,redundant and defunct without prospects of intellectual growth cos u have chosen to get stagnated by virtue of hiding behind nonsense higher level tins. I only said dat the exams were relatively cheap and many will pass and many decided to crucify me wit missiles.now many others have repeated the same tin but like the vultures that only hover above a corpse but restrains from the living u avoid dem becos u finally noticed how wrong u were in thinking am an easy pik. I'll have u kno I only wrote the nnpc exam as a means to further test my ability not cos I want the job.many bankers and people in private firms left their job to write it since it is greener pastures. For me I already have a federal govt equivalent position which I achieved not by fed character but was selected based on a very selective process that involved one of the worst gmat exam history in Nigeria in which I proved my mettle and was selected by merit despite that it is a fed govt ministry prone to the usual syndromes of federal character, quota principles, spoil system and godfatherism. In essence wat I'm saying here is that hard work pays and u achieve it sometimes faster by mutual sharing of info and ideas concerning exams and questions not prayers.dont turn the thread to a sentimental ground for failure miracle changes.rathers identify ur weaknesses and correct them.sometimes we have beliefs about answers that are wrong. We write exam and fail but tink we passed and wen we are not called for interview we start screaming corruption, while the problem lies with ur approach and beliefs about questions. So help urself by positively impacting on urself by improving on ur courage to learn ur weaknesses .a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step Be wise Mr. Scoffield, the scripture says, there is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end is destruction thereof.I have been patiently following this thread and I just want to drop this word of advice not just to u but everyone else here, we must try to strike a balance between confidence and arrogance for there is just a thin line between both, I admire the passion with which you seek to engage in intellectual discuss, but we all have to learn tolerance especially when it comes to people erring their views, u are free to state a view but d oda man has also the choice to accept ur views even as right and proven as they are and thats his fundamental right. If he goes to some other test and fails thats his business. To leave d topic of discuss and attack the subject "The person" does not potray anyone in good light. With my observation of ur high IQ i expected u would have understood that silence is golden. Meanwhile I wish u well in ur SSS career. To everyone else, please sheath ur swords, refrain from name calling and brainstorm on ideas, but always remember no one is under any compulsion to accept urs. Makeur point and let it be. Once again I salute U all! On a lighter note like I said sometime ago, U guys make Seun a happy man indeed. My best wishes are for u all! |

Am pretty sure Seun is looking at the traffic on dis thread and be smiling at his bank accounts. Guys instead of throwing jabs at each other, let's stay a lot more positive here, share information that would help, going forward, like anyone with knowledge of last NNPC recruitment process, can speculate or infer wat to expect next. Though I know for certain d next phase would be in abuja, but if it would be another test, oral interview or combination of both I can't tell. But a lot has been said by ppl about the equal opportunities at NNPC. Let's all pray that the process stays relatively fair. A 70% merit processes would be a gud one anything higher would be amazing. #TeamGrace# |

If you ask me save for the bleep of those who were not communicated their test venues in any format, PCL would have scored a 10/10. But in fairness to dem I'll give dem 9/10. Very standard, unbiased, carefully articulated questions, easy to see fairness, adequate timing in relation with d set questions. Kudos to PCL and NNPC. Looks u both were made for each other. Like someone said, they have set d standards, I hope others learn and follow and hope they maintain this for years to come. |

Just be patient, hopeful and prayerful. @ Pitoski, no one is doubting d issue of getting the mails and the courier letter, but time is of the essence, some ppl can't even remember the address they used during the app, so they need to know d courier service and see if they can sort this out. So if u have received urs, just do this favour and state d name of the courier service, that would be most helpful. Thanks |
