According to the Pension Reform Act 2014, in addition to all employees in the public sector, private organizations with employees numbering 15 and above are expected to be part of the contributory pension scheme. Fortunately, you have payslips that indicate that pension deductions are being made from your monthly income.

Since you are still working with the organization, I suggest that you approach the matter with discretion and not "fight" them for now unless you have gotten another job. After all, you have documentary proof that deductions are being made from your income. That should suffice for now. You live to fight another day...

It's actually 3 and above but I know they mentioned 15. Don't really know how to explain so won't argue further but you seem very enlightened.

If your pages has been indexed by the search engines as you said,

Then,

It's a matter of optimizing those pages to start ranking for the keywords you want.

However, I would want to understand what you meant by "But Google hardly bring up topics on my website."

To double check if your site has actually been indexed by google do this advance check:

site:"yoursite".com

It will pull up all pages that has been indexed.

Some got text but having issues registering on NPVN.

On www.HRtechnique.com there are some posts about possible solutions to these challenges of NPower and NPVN log in. Perhaps you might get lucky if its helpful for you.

To a larger extent, it has been successful so far but they should correct the error ASAP.

If for the first month some people still can't log in do you know how much that would be in all those directors pocket?
