Career / Re: My Boss Is Terribly Corrupt. Should I Blow The Whistle? by noadvertjobs: 10:43am On Feb 12, 2017
This is what 99.9% of Nigerian managers, accountants, procurement officers and office position holders do!

The worst part of it is that they back themselves up with charms/juju/jazz which they use to silence and suppress every opposition or whistle blower.

Companies and agencies should start making use of internet and e-commerce websites when buying things for the organization, that's one way to solve these kickback and jacking up price corruption in Nigerian companies and organizations.

Companies should start making policies that will forbid any staff buying things directly from any supplier....they should go and buy online where price is stated and known, so let's see how they will come up with bogus price.

Corruption can only reduce in Nigeria when we start making use of electronics and computer in most of our daily organization transactions with reduced human handling.

And the painful part is after making all these money, they squander it on girls....they keep girlfriends all over Nigeria (in every university campus) and abroad. reason you see more young ladies driving luxury ‎cars than young guys, it's because corrupt Nigerian men in top management and government positions!

Cursed men!!‎

‎Black man has a fundamental problem from birth, and that is why black race will continue to be the 3rd world race till God knows when.

A black man will see a job description and salary package clearly stated, and he will still go ahead and apply for the job, and few months or years into the job, he starts to get angry with the job and start to vent his frustration on innocent people that didn't know when he applied for the job...and the next thing, he starts to steal and maltreat his colleagues and subordinates, ask him why he's doing that, he will tell you his job is nonsense as if someone forced him to take the job or to remain in the job!

So if you are a soldier, police, man no war, civil defense, custom, immigration, prison warder, traffic warder, navy, airforce, banker, pilot, programmer, driver, conductor, janitor, waste carrier, ship captain, dock worker, wharf rat, mechanic, bricklayer, carpenter, trader, welder, banker, insurance staff, marketer, errand person, housekeeper, gardener, engineer, crane operator, dispatch rider, sex worker, politician, teacher, gateman, cobler, model, singer, writer, etc and u don't like your job, please resign because nobody forced you to take the job!

So soldier man abi boy, abeg if you no like the work again, kindly resign! Many people are ready to take up the job with joy but you and your likes used who-knows-who connection to deny them the job just to answer soldier and be collecting free money without testing the bullet. Abi you think say being a soldier is about taking selfie and dancing with naked girls If that's what you want, then resign and join entertainment/showbiz and stop disturbing Nigerians, are you not being paid Are you working for free Nonsense soldier!!!‎

Who said she is the highest earned CEO in Nigeria For you guy's info, some companies pay lesser salary than allowances and bonuses....maybe her salary and allowances maybe higher than others, but trust me, there are hundreds of CEO's and ordinary directors in Nigeria who earn far better than her.

The only great thing about her position is not just the pay, but the opportunities that comes with it....she has access to billions of loans to do secret businesses and return back to the safe without anyone noticing or querrying her....that alone is the key, not her monthly pay, which many Nigerians make before the month ends.

You can be like her...by drawing a career path for yourself now and then making sure you secure a job to start gathering the experience.

Life is simple we just complicate things.

Instead of having a relationship with him in your head you could just speak to him. All this we are so close crap yet you can't tell him what's important. Lol! Us women are soo crazy! I love where you blamed him for doing something he doesn't even know he is doing! When will we quit this victim card we pull out whenever we are emotionally confused! Tell the man what's eating you up! Tell him with a smile that you need a little space to clear your head because your friendship is making you feel a connection that might not be there.

Ps for future reference! Men and women who are attracted to each other can never be friends! Maybe If there were no feelings especially from you because you are the one who complicated things here by befriending a man you love.

Stop being a coward if he's such a great friend he will understand. Although your relationship /friendship sounds a bit fake. Anyway, do the right thing and not the easy thing that's my advice to you.

This topic tells the major reason we have late marriages and abnormal increase in the number of single ladies and guys in Nigeria!

Nigerian youths is time to wake up and challenge Nigerian government to do something about employment opportunities and entrepreneurship development to create more jobs in Nigeria.

Just today, Chinese government rolled out their clear plans to create 20 million well paid urban jobs for Chinese citizens before 2020! That number of jobs alone will make Nigeria better than United States of America!

Nigeria can do it, but tribalism, religious sentiments and partisan politics won't allow Nigerians demand for their right from the so called leaders, it's a shame!

Nigerian ladies stop praying for husband and pray for good government that will create good jobs and business opportunities for young men and believe me, there won't be scarcity of husband again in Nigeria!‎

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: I Have Lost The Compass Of My Life. by noadvertjobs: 9:36am On Sep 30, 2015
@Malawii, its sad what you have been through, but do note that many great people you read or hear about today went through similar or worst situation, so be positive no matter how bad it is now.

I can recommend you to apply for some jobs, but the truth is we are not yet in charge of hiring applicants for any company presently; we hope to expand in future.

You need all the help you can get, but then, it is not just you alone that needs this urgent help, many Nigerian youth graduates need it too, so I am going to give you some vital advice that others in your shoes can as well put to use to improve their condition.

You studied Computer Science...of course no course is a waste....so your course or certificate has nothing to do with your situation because there are thousands of people with same or lesser qualification making it big in Nigeria presently.

My advice to you and others in your shoes:

1. I want to believe that you have good computer skills- Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDraw, Networking, Photoshop, etc.

If you are good in any of the aforementioned skills, and maybe you own a desktop or laptop computer, please kindly create a poster for computer home tutor with your phone numbers and go paste it at strategic locations in your area.

Note: if your area is not kind of developed, please find a way to move out to a nearby city or town. Do this asap!

2. Make sure you move out of that your present comfort zone to any city where you have relatives or good friend ready to accommodate you for a while.

Once you get to your new city location, locate any good Pentecostal Church.

I will recommend:

1. Winners Chapel
2. House on The Rock
3. Redeem
4. Any other church that has good pastors and thriving members.

Don't be shy, after attending church service twice (be punctual), ask any friendly usher to direct you to one of the good pastors in the church that you have a problem that need urgent assistance.

Bare your heart to the pastor...don't be shy.

Trust me, the pastor will do something for you with time. He will start sniffing around for any possible job (teaching, etc, don't turn down any).

Also tell Pastor you have so so and so computer skills and ready to do home or private tutoring for people, including teenagers.

3. Stop applying to big company jobs only! Apply to both small jobs.

4. Since you can browse, go to: www.blogger.com and create a blog, and do what? Share your life experience portion by portion, and share on Google Plus.

Don't do this to make money, do it like you are telling your story to people that care to read.

Sometimes share your story link here on nairaland.

Be honest with your stories....try and update your challenges, success (no matter how small) for the week, and steps you took to make the success.

Keep doing this like your daily diary while applying for jobs and doing other things.

Don't turn down teaching jobs....don't turn down small IT jobs....don't despise any salary....don't be greedy.

Lastly, cultivate the habit of praise! Don't always pray to complain to God....sometimes in the morning, wake up and sing praising songs and thank God for keeping you alive and healthy.

Do these things from now on and before December, you will come back with testimony.

Also, you can always visit our website: www.noadvertjobs.com for latest unadvertised jobs.

Follow us on Twitter @noadvertjobs and feel free to reach out for help when needed.

I wish you God's favour and mercy soonest.

Jobs/Vacancies / EXPOSED: List Of Fake Recruiters/ Employers In Nigeria- Avoid Them! by noadvertjobs: 12:49pm On Aug 23, 2015
It hurts so bad that after spending many years in the higher institution and wasting so many resources on handouts, textbooks, hostel accommodation, etc, over 70% of innocent Nigerian youths still can’t find a decent job to do after graduation and passing out from compulsory one-year NYSC programme.

And to worsen issues, some unscrupulous elements parading themselves as Nigerian citizens will be heartless enough to device dubious means to scam these helpless youth graduates the little money they are using to sustain themselves while searching for a job.

On many occasions, some of our fans have written us either via our facebook fan page, E-mail, etc to complain of one fake job interview invite or another.

To tell you how heartless these scammers are, they will invite an unemployed youth living in Kano to come down to Lagos for aptitude test/interview, without minding how much these unemployed youth will spend on transportation, feeding and accommodation (assuming he/she has no relative/friend living in Lagos).

I still remember with pains, how a youth who happens to be on our whatsapp job broadcast list phoned me to cry for help, why?

He was invited for a job interview to Lagos, all the way from Jos, and this guy got to Lagos, only to find out that it was GNLD marketers trying to lure him into the fruitless marketing of unproductive products.

We had to arrange for an accommodation for him, and he left the next day.

Please to avoid stories that touch, it is good to be pre-informed, and as my own little way of enlightening the Nigerian youth graduates searching for a job, I have compiled a list of fake recruiters and employers in Nigeria below:

Note: this list can’t be complete because they keep changing name and address everyday, so be very cautious and don’t hesitate to mail me or any other reliable job vacancy web admin/forum like nairaland so that we can jointly expose them for the good of all Nigerians.

Please run from anything that bears this name.

SOME WAYS TO DETECT A FAKE RECRUITMENT INVITE:

1. No reputable recruiter or company will send you a mail or SMS for aptitude test or interview invite today, asking you to come tomorrow; just one day interval, that's likely a scam!

2. No reputable recruiter or employer will send you a job aptitude test or interview invitation by 6pm or above. Unfortunately, most of these fake recruiters send their invite anytime they wake up and feel like, sometimes by 9pm, lol

3. Reputable recruiters usually have official E-mail like: careers@theircompanyname.com. whenever you receive invite from such mail, kindly copy out the company name by removing "careers@" and google it for more details before going.
