After all there is little or no difference between 3g and 4g speed in Nigeria.

Maybe coverage is not good where you are. Some people can get upto 40mpbs speed on mobile MTN

MTN's 5g launches august 24th. I'm ready to spend more than 60k to install good fast unlimited internet at home. The mtn 5g router is currently on sale for 50k and promises stable speeds of upto 300mbps. Thats attractive but I feel they will Bleep it up by providing capped plans with it. Other isps like spectranet, fibre one e.t.c already have unlimited plans but they cannot deliver speeds like this for cheap rates, I really hope mtn provide truly unlimited plans with this speed, it will be a hotcake, after all their 5g broadband in south africa is already uncapped. What do you think?

People using the ntel family unlimited, is it truly unlimited?, i understand theres an FUP of 150GB afterwhich it is throttled to 512kb/s, is this true? how fast is the trottled when it comes to large downloads especially games on console? If you considered purchasing Airtel broadband, run. Go for MTN or spectrabet or anything. Airtel is the worst. I purchased unlimited plan on my smartbox, my FUP was exhausted and I was entitled to 10gb data everyday till the end of my validity. I didn't get this data. The first day I had to call over 3 times for them to send it to me. They finally did and after that, I've not gotten it. I've called customer care multiple times and they keep asking me to wait. Airtel is very useless and I have wasted my money. Do not buy broadband from Airtel. heed my warning. Thieves. I will definitely be looking for another broadband provider
