Participating countries will send reputable candidates with a strong background in international politics, economics and diplomacy. Quota system and nepotism doesn't abound in issues like this. Nigeria needs her wealth of knowledge and experience in gravitating through favourable international trade policies. Based on her stint in world bank, she's even more qualified than every candidate in Africa right now.
