CelebritiesSee Who Predicted the Break-up Of Bobrisky And Tonto Dikeh by NollyMedia(op):
A post made sometime in 2020 by Pete Edochie's lookalike son Kingsley Abasili, predicted the end of friendship between crossdresser Bobrisky and Tonto Dikeh which will lead to them exposing each other. As at when this post was made, there were mixed reactions as to whether it will come to pass or not.
Today it seems the predicted break-up is coming to pass as the duo as seen exchanging words on their social media pages, especially revelations from Bobrisky about Tonto. Lastest of them all is Bobrisky claiming that Tonto Dikeh is owing him 5 million naira, saying that she lives big on social media when she's actually broke (see posts from Bobrisky's social media page).

In Bobrisky's words:

I did nobody no wrong, I was loyal for 4yrs of friendship, even when I was told to insult rose (Churchill) wife i dragged that lady without doing nothing to me just because I wanted to be loyal.

Only a heartless person will hold ur money (millions of naria) and still fight me without no reason, remember I wasn’t begging for d relationship… you were the one that came to me first so don’t make it look like i came to you…

All your friends left you in Dubai when you had issue I was the only soul who stood by you for 3 months, I remember it was that year different bloggers where laughing at her and calling her names, I signed out of my Instagram page for her to login so people could believe she wasn’t arrested and all I get is I’m a wicked friend. Fools

Indeed the prediction from Kingsley Abasili is prophetic!

In Kingsley's words:

"I read Bobrisky is set to marry Tonto Dikeh. This is the beginning of the end for Bobrisky. Just as ex husband was exposed, so will he be exposed.
Let's get set to know the real facts about Bobrisky, his purported surgeries and so on!"

ASUU and FG...
According to report, the only thing holding them is the method of payment.
FG has agreed to disburse money for revitalization, EAA and salaries.

But FG insisted that earned allowances and salaries would be paid through IPPIS but ASUU disagreed.
FG does not want to pay these monies, else they know what to do.

You see! I really don't know who are the FG... Federal government?... Lol.. we are the government... We elected them there... It is not there money... It is our money...I see them budgeting money for airlines, for this, for that but the mother of all which is education is been neglected....And they say Nigeria will one day meet up America standard.... Kai... Nigeria will continue to suffer until the day her citizens wake up... I don't know why the legislative arm has not called the president to question up till now.... Most parents decides to fold their hands and pray for NIGERIA.... Surely prayer works but we must watch and pray.... Don't be surprised that this strike might continue till next year June..... No be curse....
Of course, parents will fold their arms and watch because most of them don't even have money to pay the children's school fees or money for the children to return to school if eventually the strike is called off.

Barring any last minute change in plans, the representatives of the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) would meet in Abuja, on Wednesday, to continue their “marathon” meeting, with the hope of reaching solid agreement that could herald the reopening of University campuses.

However, there are indications that major decisions would be taken at the meeting which might rekindle the hope of students in public owned universities to return to school this year for continuation of academic programmes.
ASUU leadership had maintained that they have five major issues that led to withdrawal of their services few months ago, but the major concern is the adoption of University Transparency Account System (UTAS) for the personnel management of its members.

ASUU President, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, who confirmed the development to Daily Sun on Tuesday, explained that the meeting was the continuaton of the series of meetings they have had in the past with Government officials on the issues of dispute.

He said: “After our last meeting with Government representatives, we collectively agreed that I should return to my people to update them on the resolutions. I have been doing that since the last time we met with government.

“So, all the parties involved have agreed to return to the dialogue table on Wednesday to continue discussions and search for durable labour peace in the University system. That’s the much I can say for now.”

He, however, declined comment on whether the decision to suspend the strike will be taken at the meeting, insisting, “just wait till the end of the meeting on Wednesday. That’s only when I can confidently and authoritatively say something in that regard.”

EducationStrike: Why Negotiation Between ASUU, FG Failed ― Investigation by NollyMedia(op): 5:34pm On Nov 01, 2020
The negotiation between the Federal Government and the leadership of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, to end the ongoing industrial action by the lecturers is currently stalled because of the refusal of the government to pay the withheld salaries of the workers through other means than the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System, IPPIS, our correspondent has gathered.

ASUU is strongly opposed to the use of IPPIS as the payment platform in the university system.

University lecturers across the country, especially, those owned by the FG, are owed between four and eight months salaries.

It was gathered that last Wednesday when the team from ASUU met with the government delegation led by the Minister of Labour,

Dr Chris Ngige, the parties could not make any headway on how to pay the outstanding salaries.

Speaking in a chat with our correspondent on Sunday, the National President of ASUU, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, said there was no way workers whose salaries were withheld could be convinced to go back to work.

“The first step to resolving the impasse is for the government to pay the withheld salaries of our members. It is between four and eight months.

“You cannot tell a person whose salaries have been seized unjustifiably to go back to work. Moreover, the salaries must be paid through the normal channel,” he said.

When asked what the normal channel is, the ASUU boss said the government knows the means with which it pays its workers not enrolled on IPPIS.

“Doing that would help in resolving other issues and make things return to normal. But for the government to insist on IPPIS, there may be trouble still.

“They are yet to enrol over 70 per cent of our members on IPPIS. It will take them between three to six months to do so.

“They are setting a booby trap saying we should enrol on IPPIS first and then they will migrate us to our own University Transparency and Accountability System, UTAS, that is even uneconomical when UTAS can be used to enrol us in a very short time,” he explained.

When prodded that IPPIS issue was not one of the initial demands of the union, Ogunyemi noted that as far back as 2013, ASUU felt IPPIS matter had been laid to rest.

“We rejected it then and nothing was said about it up until late last year when they brought it up and insisted on us being part of it. We saw that as a distraction since other more important issues were at stake, but now they have thrown it into the front burner,” he stated.

ASUU has been on strike since late March this year over some issues such as the payment of Earned Academic Allowances, revitalisation of the university system, setting up of Visitation Panels to universities, fulfilling conditions included in the 2004 agreement reached between the two sides among others.

CelebritiesActor Kingsley Abasili Blasts Nigerian Students Over ASUU Strike by NollyMedia(op):
Following the prolonged strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Nollywood actor Kingsley Abasili has taken to his social media handle to blast the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) for not engaging in efforts to quell the feud between ASUU and the Federal Government (FG).

The actor seem to have expected the NANS to move a protest to end the ASUU strike and enable students return to school. But the silence of NANS according to Kingsley Abasili indicates that Nigerian University students are not ready to return to school.

In his words, he wrote:

"What is the NANS doing to wade into the current #ASUU strike and her feud with the FG? From all indications, it seems Nigerian University students are not ready to return to school".

This came shortly before the NANS reportedly stated that Yahoo boys were responsible for the ongoing EndSARS protests.

The question is, are the NANS really being nonchalant about the ASUU strike or are they actually reluctant to return to the classroom?
