Nollywood actor Kingsley Abasili who has over the years been known for his striking resemblance with veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie's has said he has been approached by media houses and told to declare that Pete Edochie is his biological father as a criteria to become famous. According to Kingsley the media houses gave it as a condition for him to get promoted in the industry which he rejected because of the love he has for Pete Edochie.

Kingsley Abasili and veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has met on several occasions and featured in movies together also taking father and son pose in some photos.
Though Pete Edochie has not openly made any comments about his relationship with the Nollywood actor, the suspicious that they could be more than just a lookalike has kept many wondering. There are rumors of Pete Edochie having adopted Kingsley Abasili as his son.

Abasili posted on his social media handle:

"For those coming to my inbox to mock me, I'm not popular because I refused to be. Media houses approached me asking me to declare Pete Edochie my biological father but I refused. That was the condition I was given to become famous but I see no reason to do such."

You must have a side hustle. My hubby and I are both lecturers in the same federal university, so no salary since February for the both of us, but we have always had side hustles since we realized our salaries where nothing to write home about years ago. You cannot as a Nigerian lecturer, depend solely on your salary, that is suicide.

There has been claims that Yul Edochie is just taking after his Dad after discovering his Dad allegedly has a son outside their family that looks just like him who goes by the name Kingsley Abasili. The federal government said it has given directives for salaries to be paid before sallah which I heard is on Sunday or so.


Monday is public holiday because it is workers day.

Tuesday and Wednesday are also public holidays.

So all federal workers will be paid today, tommorow or Saturday.
