Olayimikami: I'm happy you could try your hands on something new.
Since you are new however, will give you some advice otherwise your gain will all be paper profit
Variety is what assures you of profit not the size of the yam, always buy good variety that have longer shelf life.
Maintenance of the yam purchased is very important otherwise you lose a sizeable amount
Yam prices will be low all through now till february so you are likely to have more experienced competitor on the prowl, I inclusive
Transportation cost shouldnt exceed 1500 per 100. It even drops lower to 1000 once sales peak. Try to get a bargain as 2500/100 is rather high though location dependent
Nice attempt though, i wish you swift sales. God bless you, God please open my eyes and mind to business minded people who are ready to encourage others for us to have a better Nation.Amen |
Business To Business › Re: Palm Oil Business by NoLotty7(m): 5:52pm On Jul 18, 2017 |
boneyemboy: TRUTHS ABOUT PALMOIL BIZ Most website and blogs will tell you about palmoil biz how lucrative it is but they will never tell you the challenges involved in it. Pls my post is not to discourage any one who wants to venture but to give a hints about the challenges,to motivated and for you to look before you jump. I could vividly recall before i graduated frm university i want to do a biz so as to support my education financially, then i searched then concluded on palmoil biz because most of the website& blog gave good testimony about the biz. My first experience:i read frm most website one can get palmoil frm ondo, edo, ebonyi state very cheap during the abundant period i went to Edo state on 3rd April 2011 then i bought palmoil 25 litres #2950 each 14 keg=41300 naira december price was 6500 naira i brought out the palmoil carried it to d market with joy then market women told me d palmoil was spoilt i wiped not cried;because i was a novice they gave me palmoil for immediate consumption not for storing 2013 i summoned courage ventured into the biz again but this time bought palmoil 5500 naira after 2 weeks palmoil was flooded into the market by importers price FELL to #4200 price remained like that for 2 month i sold it for #4200 (11 kegs) lost #14,300. This month 19th August 2016 i was to supply palmoil to lagos but had a logistics issue i sold them only made #100 each frm each keg,but those my customer in north because of integrity sake i have to add extra #350 on each keg to convey it to them through a registered motor bonylight motor nig limited instead of truck which they gave me 300 naira back after conveying it. Presently price in east is slightly the same in lagos. CONCLUSION when you are starting make sure you go with someone who knows good palmoil because it is not by mere looking or tasting. (2)price fluctuate like crude oil because of demand and price differs in every state,so look for where it is cheap and supply high (3) mind how plp price your palmoil everyone is looking for their pocket if price those not match look for another person (4)every day is not christmas some times you have to sell for a little gain tomorrow might be better (5) before you start this business ve a market research dont be fast in starting because of what you read on website, even after everything i read on blogs i learnt the practical in a hard way. (6) the biz is lucrative, interesting and rewarding. (7) your integrity, truthful and how pure your product is what keeps you in the biz for a long time. (8 ) always spend not less than 30 mins in prayer each day for your business if you want to make it as a dealer unless you dnt want to grow because their are forces in every oil biz. I REMAIN MY HUMBLE SELF MR ERNEST 08168322632 Great ideas sir, |

If you live in Akure, please BEWARE!!! It happened two days ago in a hotel at Alagbaka I heard it yesterday. This world is becoming even more scary oh. A newly married man saw a corper clothed seductively in her kit by the road. She was just too sexy to be overlooked. He picked her up and abandoned the way home to a hotel. He lodged in with her. In less than five minutes he was on top of her. The Corper was as flexible as a snake. When he was having sex with her, her moanings sounded like a 'hissing snake'. But he was carried away with her moves and didn't really give his concern to it.The married man had sex with her over and over again. He also paid her more than what they bargained but told her to spend the night him right there. He slept and woke up an hour later with the intention of having another round with her. He didn't find her on the bed. He heard hissing sounds in the bathroom. He scrambled out of bed to the bathroom. He opened the door. His heart drummed heavily as he saw big pythons talking to each other. He screamed. The pythons leaped on him. He ran to the door and found it locked. The pythons crawled to him. He shouted for help and banged the door. The pythons got to him and jumps to strike him. The room became very dark. He felt something cold touching his body. He searched with his hands and it felt like a cylinder with a hard skin impregnated with scales. He finally felt something trying to swallow his head. He touched it and discovered it was a big snake trying to swallow him up. The room was still dark. His head, down to his chest was inside the snake's mouth. The snake's poisonous saliva covered his face. He started struggling but the snake pinned him down. He tried to scream for help but couldn't. He kicked his leg, used his hands but the snake was too strong. He managed to bite the snake's tongue. The snake got wounded and involuntarily vomits him. *The only problem is, I don't know how to end this Fake yeye story dat u don dey read since. Amebo u too like jist, na somebody do me, make I do you too...Una no tire for real gist? |

Romance › Advice For The Youth by NoLotty7(op): 11:56pm On Apr 26, 2017 |
10 COMANDMENTS FOR A YOUTH TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Do not depend on your parents' wealth. Someone may come tomorrow to dupe you and you will lose everything. Learn to do things on your own.
2. God has given everyone a talent. Pray about yours, discover it, and work on it. Then it will work out for you.
3. Do not just sit down and ping, tweet, Facebook while others are making money with their talents. Be wise for once, the owners of these social networks are using us to make money.
4. It is good to appreciate good things, but learn to appreciate it wisely and stop arguing unnecessarily about football and players. When will people argue about you also? Think about!
5. Don't feel like a Don for sleeping with too many ladies, they won't make your destiny fulfilled as some are filled with bad luck.
6. Learn to get a lady close to you to be successful as they say: without a woman, a man cannot be successful.
7. Learn to solve problem on your own, it’s a good way of making it in life. Don't copy others, tap little from them and modify it.
8. Stop drinking and smoking too much as it may damage your entire life. Do it socially.
9. Learn to have a good heart, help people around you if you have the power as they'll use their heart to bless you.
10. Think about impossible things, try to make it possible. Bigger people started from somewhere.
