I hope you are aware some of our members here were unable to log into their netsol account some time ago I hope you know the reason, netsol was hacked and password to many accounts were assessed by the hackers who always use such information to either hack you or monitor your online actions, just like your name were hijacked even though you don't believe it. Now if netsol can be hacked is it you that will beg to download bug infested software that will be safe. Ask me whatever you are confused about I may not be fast in my response, but I will try reason being that my network is slow to not available most times.

Log into your netsol account use the phone number there to call them, be prepared to spend some time on the phone, because of the music you will be entertained with, they will eventually refund you. At a guess the deduction was done through your p/pal account, the money will come back through the same process.

They must have been messaging you all this while that they will do early renewal before the name fully expires, what I did was to reduce the money in my account to the lowest possible so they have been messaging me that there is no money in my account for renewal that I don't want.
If you like clean all your card details they will still do deductions, the best way out transfer out and leave very minimum amount in the account. Your account is under their spot light. I am also under their spotlight.

I don't know if Dan has an account with them, but if the buyer is really interested why not list it at afternic, with all the headache associated with Dan you will be looking for trouble by listing your already sold name there.
