Heads of state and government from Africa are currently in Beijing for the 2018 edition of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation #FOCAC 2018.

Ministers from Africa met with their Chinese counterparts on Sunday and today the opening ceremony of the forum took place in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

Will the operator, the branch manager, actually intentionally ask me not to buy if it's because of 4g? That's bad marketing. He mentioned Camon cx, etc as the ones that support their band..

Anyway, I'd still get the sim this week, regardless, at least for this test, just to be sure.

He's probably lying. I went there to buy a sim and while filling the form I asked the chief operator and he told me that my phone doesn't support their band. He mentioned other camon products that supports it but said if I'm buying the sim for glo 4g browsing I'd be disappointed.

I just went to airtel and upgraded my sim to 4g. Attached is the pic.
