I would do same with my Infinix Note 5(3GB ram) right now to see if it's the same as well.

Update: no available ram showing on the Note 5, not even in settings.

There's an improvement in the ram after the reset. Now, I have 7 apps open and just 1.96gb used..

Try to clear any battery optimisation or app optimization. Turn it all off including the phone master. Remove the access you granted phone master.

About your issue, when did it start and can you screengrab the running apps interface?

I just got the phone on Wednesday and it's been so since then. No change at all. Once I put it on, 1.8gb is gone from the ram. When I open WhatsApp, YouTube and and Opera mini, one must close for the other to work.

I'm almost selling it this weekend if I don't get a solution. I'm sad about this.

You didn't mention that the ram optimization is poor on camon X. I open just opera mini and WhatsApp and 2.5gb ram is gone already.

Is there a solution to this?

Get it. This 3750mah is mad! Very mad! I love it. And the camera is great. I actually tested the two phones at the shop and I was ashamed for the note 4 pro. The camera was terrible under low lightening. Too bad, like a 5mp phone.

Am I expected to part with such amount just because of stylus pen? Naah

I've used Hot 6 Pro and even that isn't as fast as the Note 4 so maybe you should save some more to get a new regular Note 4

I bought a gionee X1s last month and it's been wonderful. He proposed a swap, and the only reason I'm contemplating it is the size. I've gotten used to 5.7-6 inches phones and gionee x1s is 5.2 inches.... Apart from that, my own phone is dope.
