1.wen u have a mi acc on ur xiaomi phone and 4 any reason(say hanging or virus issue)if u format d phone without remembering ur password,u get stucked to dat display above after wiping OR if previous user decides to sell and wipes d phone.


2.my case...i saw d phone on craigslist placed an order n got it delivered,with a broken screen sef,after fix,i found out it was locked....tried reaching d seller,to no avail....Also,not really chanced to visit ikeja 4 d unlock,hence i decided to sell
