What then happens it has issues, Are the spare parts and after sales services readily available?

Though basically the price for Tec is higher moreso the durability and efficiency can't be compare to that of Sumec.

Even Sumec Firman generator is expensive for many to afford too.They gained their popularity from being the strongest brand over many years. I have an uncle that bought his 8 years ago and he is still using it

Its not peculiar to only their brand. Even tec that was also mentioned here produce other appliances. I guess they all know what they are doing

Infact mine recommended itself. It lasted me without much hassles. Although one of my neighbour's one gave him stress at first but it was taken care of as soon as he reached out to the service center

Sumec firman is a good product. I have many of families & friends that use it. And it quite impressive.

They should, you just tell them the model of your gen. So that they can give you the spare parts that corresponds.

I think they have in quality delivering. More so, when you can now know if the part is original by just sending a text

Of course, All generator spare parts are common to each other. So if the spare part is original, your generator will be in good condition and it will last long. But if a fake part is used, the generator will develop same fault in no time

That is not the case here. I learnt from a generator thread in this app that Tec generators spare parts are scarce. Although, i don't know how true that is. If that is the case, you can always bank on Sumec Firman original spare parts to increase the life span of your generator

The pack of the spare part has a silver panel that you scratch and see either 20 digit code and send to a particular number. I was suprised too, I found out all of that out when I went to their service center. Naija don dey better small small

Using fake spare parts is like killing our generator

Interestingly, this can't happen with Sumec Firman spare parts cos you can check if the spare part is original by sending the 16 digit code on the spare part to a number which will confirm if its original or fake.

Mechanic use wrong spare parts no be new thing. They must surely use fake one so u can call them back again. It's called Mechanic strategy

I took my generator there to be serviced. That was even when I knew they have engine oil which I bought alongside spare parts that their engineer said my generator needed.

If I may ask what were some of the spare parts you were given? Becaùse its quite harď for me to get the spare part of my Generator, my Mechanic had used a wrong one for me of which I wouldn't want it to repeat it self again.

This generator is not original Sumec Firman brand, Looks more like the one been sold with sticker and the battery too is not original. Please shine your eye, don't be scammed.

I went to Alaba market and the seller was comvincingme to go for this one. He agreed to sell for 140. Is there a way ill be sure im not buying fake product
