People were calling Israel a terrorist state, and we're calling for the freedom of Palestine, among the protesters, you even had a number jews. Some counter protesters were waving the Israeli flag, nobody even insulted them, all that was said to them was that they were wrong to support Israel.

I think you just lack understanding. Israel was literally created by taking some Europeans of the Jewish faith and telling them: "you can have the land of the Palestinians". Nobody cared if the Palestinians wanted the land of their ancestors to be taken away from them.
(Once again, I'm only stating facts, I have nothing against Judaism and I don't equate a colonial state with the religion of Judaism, I do not discriminate against Jews)

Out of court does not mean the same as sentencing. The EFCC will make a public statement about how they have fined him according to the law and drop the case, but he will not pay since he pleaded not guilty. The case will die out.

The case was doomed the moment he asked the EFCC to prove that it was Naira he sprayed, and the EFCC wants to save face by going out of court.
