The PVC collcted was about 7m but lonly about 1m voted. That is because institutions did not complement the effort of INEC.

INEC might eventually cancel many results from River State but that still won't change the position of APC on the table.

This is good the APC to truly acknowledged the role played by Nyesom Wike in subverting the will of the Rivers electorate in this last elections.
