helinues: Election is over, life should go on. We shouldn't allow the politicians to separate us. Let the aggrieved parties go to court and settle their scores.
Whoever emerges at the court, let's all support the person after all ,we all want the best for the country.
Should we be fighting ourselves because of the politician who hardly care about us irrespective of party
UncleAyo: Please, Mr. President Elect, are these possible for the new Nigeria?
1. 24/7 Electricity for all, both in rural and urban area. 2. Implementation of correct labor laws and policies that prevent unnecessary extortion of workers (abolition of contract staffing by banks, and slavery treatments by foreign establishment). Salary enforcement law (minimum wage) for private businesses. 3. Proper credit system that enables people to buy stuffs using credit cards? 4. Loan programs with ultimate transparency for small and medium establishments. 5. Establishments of several technical and non-technical skill acquisition centers for youth development (like in china). 6. Creation of paper (or polytene) currency notes for #1 and #2, phasing out the use of #500 and #1000 currency notes and reintroduction of Nigeria Kobo coins currency. 7. Re-visitation of the Nigerian Constitution towards restructuring and establishment of true federal status. 8. Provision of cheap and proper housing through government-private partnership. 9. Proper funding and monitoring for researches and research centers in higher institutions. 10. Handing over of idle natural resources to regional governments for proper monetization. 11. Strengthening of Nigerian military might, plus deep technical involvements for soldiers and military officers.
FELLOW NIGERIANS, ADD YOURS TOO.
Restructuring is not possible. No one can promise that and win elections. Even if you win they will fight you to the last.
Loans are not really feasible given the current economic situation. The government would be accumulating a lot of bad local debt that they cannot recover.
NB: Tiffanynubu is only going for retirement and to recoup election expenses and to position his people in Juicy positions to loot. Once he's done looting, he'll pass Nigeria back to the north to take their share.
Niger Delta will be at the center of this collection. Both Front and back steady knacking.
Cantonese: Crooked people. Now they have taken over the job of INEC. Does it not prove that INEC was compromised in favour of APC?
Next Saturday we will wait at the polling booths, no matter what happens, to ensure our votes count. We must also ensure that no INEC staff changes our results.
Parachoko: Shagari had less than 10% in Lagos but was still declared the winner of that year election
Well, is a waste of time arguing
Some people like you argued and even cursed me when I told them INEC will declare Asiwaju the President Elect of Nigeria without having 25% in Abuja.
Abuja does not matter, in the eye of the law is a state.
A candidate need at least 25% of the vote in 24 out of the 37 state. Asiwaju have 25% and above in 30 State.
Like I told many of you, only the Supreme Court can lay this issue to rest. Let the Supreme court tell us that 299 strips Abuja of its FCT status and therefore the 25% requirement from the FCT does not apply.
Don't forget that INEC even declared Ihedioha as winner when we all knew that Ihedioha did not meet the statutory requirement. So it's not the first time INEC did not follow constitutional requirements before declaring a candidate winner.
PointB: Supreme Court's Judgement in 2008 Mandated a Candidate to Score At Least 25% in the FCT - Aondoakaa
The Supreme Court's Judgement in 2008 necessitates that a candidate scores at least 25% of the votes in the FCT, the word 'and' was interpreted as conjunctive. That not withstanding, the Supreme Court has the right to depart from its previous decisions if the justice of the case demands that - Michael Aondoakaa, Former Minister of Justice.
Nice. Don't mind them. They want to force Blubulaba down our throats by fire by force. Which kain nonsense be that. North and South APC taking turns to rape Nigeria
IyaebeTheGreat: I’m in my 60’s mr Osu. Be a man of your words and deactivate as you promised but as a typical Osu man you’ll always talk from both sides of your mouth
Since appeal court asked INEC to grant PDP and LP access to election materials APC wan Kolo. Why una dey Kolo? Una brother and member dey for supreme court na.
He can simply write: "Peter Obi cannot Buga lo lo lo won to Aso rock" and close the case.
sukkot: The question is ? Who is triggering him to do it ? The streets is going to turn into a bloodsbath and tribal war will break out on the streets of Lagos and damn near ethnic cleansing or God forbid genocide. The question is what is prompting this man to make the moves he is making after losing the election ? Is he being sponsored to heAt up deez streetz or is his ego the driving factor ?
whats wrong with you bro?. You said he should go to court and he's gone. What's with the nonsense talk about bloodbath?
