It is not true but even without seeing LP submission, everything about LP/obi and biafra has foundation on lies. Yes I agree that it might affect some local government or river State, but is exaggeration and over zealous to think you won election, and it affected 19states. Before election, even a toddler knew obi won't have national spread. Only one one or two local government they have been showing repeatedly, but will quickly add 19 states to attract sympathy. By the time, INEC comes out with real evidence or well explained at court, it will be found out that it is just a lie carrying rumor of 19 states. Show us entire 19 states and how it affected them, and not just only two local governments in rivers you are showing online
