Good morning guys, please I need your warm advise. I was denial a USA tourist visa in 2016 along with my wife. The agent that assisted me with the tavelling process urge me to reduced the DOB in my int passport which I did from 1986 to 1982 in other to have a better chance of getting the USA visa then. But I was denied the visa eventually base on lack of travel history. Now I discovered that my parent who who is a regular visitor in Canada had once include my normal data into their application when they applied then.
Now that i intended to apply for Canada tourist visa, I was advised to correct the int.passport DOB to normal in other to be in this same page with what my parents wrote in their application then.
Now my question is, Do I ve to indicate in my canada application that I was denied by USA? If yes, i hope they won't cross-check the information which might bring out the discrepancy in my DOB?
Hope it won't led to mispresentatiion which might warrant ban?

I believe the US and Canada share information. I am very sure the US has found out about your alteration. Canada will most likely know you applied for a US visa with a different age.

Sorry but I haven't seen nor heard from the "No Amount is Too Much for top notch medical care" people.

I've read their replies to critics on birthing or receiving medical treatment in the US. However I've not seen them come out to defend this no-discount movement by the Embassy.

I've been expecting to see people come out to say that they are ready to pay $20,000 for good quality medical care plus citizenship.

Yes it will state what you want. But it is not being changed for change sake. It is being changed to avoid a refusal.

Very soon we will soon see transcripts asking why the applicant modified the address on birth certificate. And the VO would accuse the applicant of trying to cover her tracks after using government funds. Enter birth certificate modification saga.

My point is we can't circumvent everything. Let's face it headlong and hope for the best. It wasn't intentional. If they don't listen then fine. Move on.

After her refusal, she got a hospital that quoted 33k for child birth, her husband paid 20k upfront, she got an interview date and her visa was ISSUED.

For those who were refused based on accepting discount and want to try again I believe the above method may likely work for now.

Someone said the hospitals will be affected by eliminating discounts. I disagree. One person paying a full $20k will cover for three persons paying a discounted $6k. This way they can reduce citizenship by birth and still maintain and even possibly increase the cash inflow.

The giving birth in america saga has evolved over the years; from collecting milk, to use of birth centers, to use of medicaid and now discount. It will continue to evolve until it ends.
