To my surprise, someone was denied today on the basis that she doesn't have someone in Houston that she's going to despite having her accommodations correspondence with concierge including doctors and all. Account statement okay, hubby not following her cos of work here.

I also heard that they are restricting Muslims so reducing number of visas issued to them, is this true?

People don't understand what is happening.
the whole idea is to intimidate the south into abandoning any legislation that will hamper open grazing because of fears of desert encroachment and also the Fulanis are not ready to purchase land for ranching.
the reason they are avoiding the SE for now is because they are not sure of how groups like IPOB will respond.

I have worked with NGOs in the past and I can tell you that the last
thing a wife will do is confirm that she is been abused. Even those
who were hospitalised due to beatings will still deny being abused.
Whenever a wife come out to tell her story of marital, there is no "other side"
except in cases where the husband was the one who initiated the divorce.

Note that excuses such as she doesn't obey me or she is disrespectful are nonsense.
If you read the comments above, you will see a post excusing abuse with many likes,
that is to show you the level of reasoning of an average Nigerian men.

* Nigerian stock is rated best in the world followed– So many foreign investors now find it more profitable to invest in Nigerian stocks than that of other developing and emerging markets.

* Ease of doing business is now better with Nigeria now rating 145th from previous 169th

*Nigerian style of fighting insurgency is rated the best–reported by top foreign media in 2017

* Nigeria got out of recession faster that every other country that was also in recession during the same period – country like Venezuela is still in recession, Brazil just got out.

* There is higher level of transparency in government than we've ever had, and foreign investors and countries are happier to do business dealings with us.

*Nigeria now produce more commodities than we've ever produced before.–export is encouraged.
