Politics › Re: On What Basis Is The New Profound Hatred Between The Yorubas And The Igbos? by NothingDoMe: 10:49am On Sep 10, 2017
obailala:
Jonathan Goodluck is the bone of contention. Yorubas and Igbos have always had a cold war, but the current escalation is just a creation of the 2015 elections. A lot of Igbos who supported GEJ passionately still feel deeply pained over his election loss and they harbour great contempt against Yorubas for daring to choose APC/Buhari over PDP/GEJ.

Too bad that a simple election has had this much effect on the psyche of many...
No. It was/is Buhari the hate speech Master.

He made it obvious that anyone who didn't vote him won't benefit from his tenure. The yorubas not wanting to eat their words and negatively impact the Vice president still supported their choice. So the war began with the Igbo's their southern counterpart that refused to bow under such a bigoted leader called Buhari.

Now their eyes Don clear.

Restructuring Will breed innovative thinking in every region, the north is delaying their progress in every form, despite the 'holddown' and loopsided structure the south are pulling themselve up progressively, come to think of it there are capable hands to tap from the south to speed up their progress once restructured.
The north pisses in their pants at the mention of restructuring and referendum

Educate yourself on what is on ground before going off spouting a 'final solution'

The Code of Conduct Bureau already carries out majority of the functions you listed, the only difference is that the evidence is not made public.

There is no 'final solution' in creating more bureaucracy - we have enough bodies to fight corruption as it stands. We just need to arm them properly and begin to see them perform.

Yeah I did my project myself. grin

The reason they don't trade with Nigeria is not because they view us as poor and don't want to milk us according to your earlier submission. Is a trade relationship designed to be one sided or mutually beneficial to both parties?

Meanwhile the US are already milking us through other means. They do not view us as poor.

The Bible is Defunct...The only thing it preaches that is Eternal is Faith...Faith is timeless...but everything else in it, follow at your own peril.
Now, back to the issue of taking a wife: use your brain...and your heart...if you like, follow the Bible...take a prostitute, or go and serve some Baba Olowo for 7 years, and another 7 years, and waste 14 years of your life trying to get some rich man's daughter...the bible tells stories of brave old dead prophets, we are not in their time...this is 2017, not 100 BC or 100 AD...even if Jesus Christ was to come back, his preaching and teachings will be entirely different from those in the Bible, and these current flocks of pastors will be the same people to kill him.

That seems to be the only option left. We had anticipated that the citizens will rally around for restructuring, but it seems we are ready to live like slaves and sub-humans instead of holding Abuja accountable for the rot.

The military has already moved their hardware to the East, which means Abuja does not respect the call for referendum. I am damn sure they know that anyone can fire an AK47 these days.
Nigeria's disintegration is now fully loaded.

I hope IPOB miscreants and their confused lunatic chief swine Nnamdi kanu are all reading this, I can't come and be shouting RIP when unecessary deaths can be avoided. You all should behave yourselves please.
Only IPOB miscreants in the SE should have a say here and not the SW, northern and SS ones because it is those of the SE that will dance to the music if they don't behave.
Hoping the dance ends with no casualty.
Go and mark it. Nothing will happen.
