The only bail for the guy was in Abuja about the FG case. All hearings in competent courts for his cases in Kaduna did not grant him bail. As such, he is largely in custody from jurisdictions and rulings from Kaduna cases. While still attending proceedings with FG cases.

On a personal perspective, any one that know the guy will understand, he need to be fully tamed. I lived in Zaria and have 1st hand info of some things. He has representatives 'governors' in most states of the federation and military arm. I recall my bro experience during NYSC in Bauchi where some of their members were articulating how they will take over Nigeria in not too distant future. Of course with foreign sponsors (mainly Iran and Syria).

He has large followership due to pervasive poverty in the land and the permissibility of adultery/fornication with the concept of mu'tah (temporary marriage) amongst their members. You will agree with me un-trained young chaps will love this free access to s*x translated to mean worship!

So, lets set the record straight. I am not talking about Dasuki as I dont have much details of the proceedings BUT as for Zak case, our president is not at fault. If you know, you know.

Appeal Court sitting in Makurdi today (26/07/2019) has ruled in favour of H.E. Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Jime, the APC Governorship Candidate in the 2019 Governorship Election in the state, and has ordered PDP & Mr. Samuel Ortom to pay the sum of N200,000 each to Rt. Hon. Jime and APC for wasting their time.

Recalled that PDP (2nd Respondent) and Samuel Ortom (3rd Respondent) in the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal case filed by Rt. Hon. Jime (Petitioner), challenging the declaration of Mr. Samuel Ortom as the winner of the 2019 Governorship Election in the State, had filed an appeal on the ground that the honorable Tribunal has no jurisdiction to differ rulings on all applications/motions brought before it by the respondents (INEC, PDP and Ortm) respectively, till the day of final judgement.

The Chief Judge, J. H. Sankey described Ortom's appeal as lacking in merit, adding that his Counsels (Ortom and PDP Lawyers) should educate him (Ortom) on the need to wait till judgement is delivered at the lower court before approaching the appeal court.

They said we have no case, they haven't seen nothing yet.

Having said thus, MY NEGATIVE OPINION OF ROCHAS SHOULDN'T BLIND ME TO SEEING THRU FALSEHOOD LABELED AGAINST HIM.

I will still rate Rocahs performance as governor of Imo State as 45%. If ndi Imo will be honest, they will admit that Okorocha in his dramatic ways, still did his best for Imo people especially on areas of beautification and infrastructural development of the State.

Now coming to the actions of the new governor - Emeka Ihedioha, i am still at a loss at what he is trying to achieve by dismantling the structures put in place by Okorocha. i was of the opinion that he should build on it and continue from where the past governor stopped.

Another action of the incumbent governor that is still confusing me is the persistent attack and campaign of calumny on the person of Okorocha. Why is emeka ihedioha and his goons expending so much energy and resources to tarnish the image of rochas?

why is Ihedioha paying more attention to what rochas did and what rochas did not do? In fact, he Ihedioha has now descended so low to the level of organizing physical assault on Mr. Rochas and his family.

LOOK AT THE RECENT ACCUSATION OF THEFT OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY! for heaven sake Nigerians - is it not time we stop being tools in the hands of our politicians? Are we not yet too matured and too smart to be used as tool for propaganda and vendetta?

ANY BODY WITH COMMON SENSE THAT LOOKS AT THOSE PICTURES [see attached pics] OF CHAIRS, OLD DOORS AND RUGS, DETERIORATING AC AND WHAT NOT, WILL KNOW THAT THOSE THINGS WHERE REMOVED WHEN THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE WAS UNDERGOING RECONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION BY THE THEN GOVERNOR ROCHAS AND WHERE POSSIBLY DUMPED AND FORGOTTEN IN THOSE CONTAINERS!
