Speak slowly cos they are translating and typing.
Sort out your docs before the day of your interview. Don't say you will do or get it there.
I didn't meet Paulinus. The policemen and security men want to help you. Just but patient, reasonable and calm. The Paulinus replacement was helpful and reasonable, I had no problem with my docs (cos I must have checked them about 20 times before the day of my interview) but I still think I and the others were lucky.
Lastly I got there by 5.50am and left by 1pm.

If you're yet to have your interview, note that your motivation letter has to be handwritten, people with typed motivation letter today were asked to rewrite.

And they had to rewrite 3 copies.

I still don't understand y the embassy insists on arranging the documents in a particular manner, because when I passed mine to the VO, the way e take scatter am for in table, I come Dey wonder.

It's easier for the VO to know where any doc is when arranging in their own way.

For the passport is just your original passport and two photocopies while the declaration form is just two original copy NO photocopy.

What about the signed declaration? It looks like they asked for 6 in total.

Do you have a masters? Are proposing a thesis in your mail? Is it related to what those professors are working on at the moment?

If ur answer is no to any of these questions then you need to make them yes before you start contacting them.
You should send ur CV as well.

Lastly, many of them are very busy and expect you to take no response as a negative response.

I can't answer the first part of ur question. But do ensure you go with everything on the checklist including the prepaid envelope. You can get at dhl isolo. Just picked up mine today.

I went to DHL at Wuse 2(Abuja) yesterday for prepaid courier envelope.
The told me it's #7,200.
I haven't bought yet because my interview is Sept in Lagos.
Any better alternative?

Try DHL Isolo Lagos. Got mine for 1500. It depends on the package destination. You will need to get it 2 days before your interview. If you go earlier they will most likely ask you to come back.

ask the university you'll attend for a breakdown of living expenses. Without this, I don't think any bank would want to fund your blocked account.

I've written 500 words and I think I am going with that because it should be about content and not length.

How can I get the prepaid envelope for visa interview?
I went to a DHL outlet in ikeja, and the attendant told me that they don't sell or give it out.

RWTH Aachen? are u sure about that? I mailed the international office and they said next application deadline is march 1st for winter semester 2019.

For some courses there are two admissions periods... Winter and summer.
