Morning to you all. I know many pple would have seen and may even be experiencing this kind of response on our Android (I use tecno) devices. It usually displays the notification when you want to install some apps, as such it will necesitate that you uninstall some apps from the phone. Even after some times, this notification will still prop up again. If you have experienced this in the past, pls how did you go about it? Is there any software that can move the "phone only" apps to the SD card? so as to free some space on the phone. |

The Federation Accounts Allocation Committee, FAAC, meeting for November ended in confusion Tuesday as representatives of Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory accused the federal government of not accounting for about $1billion(N168 billion) of excess crude oil money. The Chairman of State Commissioners of Finance, Timothy Odaah, told reporters after the meeting which ended Tuesday night, that no state knew how the $1 billion difference reported in the Excess Crude Account balance, between October and November, came about. The FAAC meeting is a monthly gathering of state finance commissioners and the federal finance ministry and the Accountant General of the federation, where federal oil receipts are shared between the federal and state authorities. With falling oil price, the 36 states have turned more attention on the Excess Crude Account, which has depleted from more than $40 billion in 2007 to about $4 billion in 2014. Though Mr. Odaah said the discrepancy has been noted for discussion at the next FAAC meeting, his disclosure called to question how transparent the management of the excess crude revenues is. Prior to the October FAAC meeting, the Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, had told reporters that the balance of the Excess Crude Account stood at $4.11billion. At the event, the minster also revealed that the country’s external reserves rose from $36.6billion in June to $39.48billion as at October 16. She also said the balance in the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) stood at $1.55 billion. But, at the end of the FAAC meeting on Tuesday, the Minister of state for Finance, Bashir Yuguda, told reporters that the current savings in the ECA had a balance of about $3.1 billion, raising questions about the $1billion difference. Mr. Odaah had said on October that owing to the dwindling revenue allocation to the states from the federation accounts as a result of falling oil prices, the states had sent a request to President Goodluck Jonathan that $2 billion be shared. But he said on Tuesday that the states had no knowledge how the balance suddenly dropped from $4.1 billion to $3.1 billion. source http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/173395-1-bn-excess-crude-money-missing-faac-meeting-ends-confusion.html |

Arnella Kamanzi, the 18-month-old baby who was tortured by a maid (pictured here collecting her money for the 26 days she worked) early this month was yesterday admitted at the pediatric section in Mulago Hospital for further medical examinations. "The baby was brought here for examinations and a number of tests will be done to establish whether she is in good health," confirmed a source at the national referral hospital. Jolly Tumuhiirwe, the maid who is the main actress in the 'horror movie' has been charged with attempted murder and she is due to appear in court on Dec. 08, 2014. Experts are also looking at the video to be sure it was not doctored. Meanwhile, speaking from Luzira prison, Jolly Tumuhiirwe has asked the 'world' to forgive her for what she did...."My dad in Kabale was very sick and yet my mom did not have any money. I asked my bosses for some money to send to my dad but they told me that I hadn't made a month yet and my father was dying, so it kept on haunting me." "That is the more reason I referred the anger to the baby but I'm sorry. But that madam (Arnella's mom) is not easy. She used to say that I steal money from the clothes and Eric's wallet, I eat the babies food...and yet I can't eat the food, I'm not a baby, those were all lies, so, I was also not happy from my heart." "I feel guilty..ok when I was doing it I thought I was disciplining the baby because also the mother sometimes slaps her, I also saw from the mom. The torch I used was small and it's not hard. I think, I will never do it again" Jolly's experience of Prison "It's not good at all even my fellow prisoners don't want to associate with me, they want to beat me up. In fact they were saying that I should join them in their rooms, nobody likes me and I'm feeling bad I will never do it again, I ask the world to forgive me and also tell the bosses who have maids to treat them well." -UGANDA ONLINE

Breaking news as exposed by the APC party in Nigeria indicates that Nigeria’s Niger Delta militant terrorist recently arrested in neighboring Benin republic, Mujahid Asari-Dokubo was one of two Nigerians arrested in South Africa in the $9.3 million cash for arms smuggling deal September 5th. The APC demanded an explanation from Nigeria’s President on his involvement. Quoting: “The All Progressives Congress, APC, has asked President Goodluck Jonathan to explain to Nigerians what Asari Dokubo, was doing on the plane that illegally ferried US$9.3 million to South Africa, where Asari Dokubo, another Nigerian and an Israeli were arrested, according to a published report.” The plane used to ferry the smugglers was found to be owned by the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Ayo Oritsejafor; this has sparked much anger and controversy in Nigeria; but this new detail indicating that a known terrorist to the Nigerian State was involved in the deal exposed by the South Africans and criminal smuggling deal that the Nigerian government accepted responsibility for, brings a new dangerous and depressing dimension to the smuggling scandal. Many have pointed to CAN and the Presidency being involved in subversively arming terrorists for destabilization of the oil wealthy nation. Nigeria’s top Government NSA office got directly involved since the arrests and impounding of the smuggled cash and Dokubo has been released. He was seen in Hajj this week. Dokubo’s arrest earlier this year in Benin was also linked to gun running. Why is a known militant terrorist who has made public threats to the Nigerian State involved in State supervised smuggling of cash and arms in a private jet owned by the President of the CAN? These are questions Nigerians will be watching and investigating the answers of in coming days as Boko Haram terrorists continue to wage their successful pogrom against Nigeria in the north of the nation.
