The picture maintained on the bank database before the advent of BVN will show the real account holder. Let him approach the Bank and the Bank knows what to do if it is a case of impersonation. Cheers!!

From your narrative, it seems that the enrolment was not done by you but by a proxy since your biometric is not also recognized. You may need to approach your Bank for fresh enrolment and thereafter ask for deletion of current BVN with supporting documents to prove your identity. Cheers!!!
