I got an information that all of us having similar issue should go to NATIONAL ORIENTATION AGENCY office in Ilorin to submit my payment history and BVN print out. Which I did last week. Is this information authentic? And please what is the hope for all second batch category applicant to receive device

I updated my account sent the new account to support@npvn.desk-mail.com and also copied same to Mr Afolabi (jchubng@gmail.com), I also received payment in my new account that I updated(may and June stipends only) as I type this I have not been paid any kobo since then, I have sent several mails to support team to no avail.

only for them to send me a text message today that payment for September was sent to my account but it bounced back reason being that the account has been closed. and same account I received money through transfer from my sister 5 days ago( on the 20th to be precise)

now my fear is that after sending my account update, I believe u guys are still sending money to the old account that has been closed because it could not accept transfer ( according bank officials, it was a naira-wise account and it doesn't accept funds transfer so I closed it and opened on other one and sent update to u guys and it has even been edited on my npvn profile. so why would u people say the account has been closed.

please you people should try and rectify this issue because my account is working, I received money from my sister 5 days ago from it.

Please I need some clarifications
My N-Power app isn't showing 'UNAUTHORIZED' but I still can't access my home page on the app. It just won't opening beyond the 'GET STARTED' page. Please what do I do? Every other pre-installed app is running fine on my device save for the N-Power app.

My device is ready but I was unable to collect it because my picture and I.D is not reflecting on their system but I can see it on my own phone. I tried to re-upload it from a nearby cybercafe twice but it's still not reflecting on their system. Please help oo

npowerng @npowerng . I need clarification. Are we expected to be at our ppa everyday of the week? If that's so how then wil one get a better job knowing fully well that npower is not a permanent job but an intervention to assist unemployed graduates pending when they get something better within the space of 2yrs..why I'm asking this is because I'm having serious problem with my ppa(school) as I try my best to go everyday except thursday n fridays which I dedicate for other endeavours such as job hunting and a computer programming class im attending. But the principal of my ppa want me in sch everyday. I've tried explaining to him that I'm just there to assist in my little way and not a full staff. And I'm not expected to dedicate my life mondays to Fridays dis 2yrs to them else I will find myself back to where I was b4 npower. I have to make use of this time to develop myself in other areas and not tie myself down at my ppa. For Christ sake how im i to get another job if from Monday to friday i'm tied down at my ppa. and note i stay from morning till afternoon everyday i go to the school just like every of their staff. yet they want me tied down for the whole week even when they are not paying me anything extra. Please I need clarification on the issue I just raised
