Sir while you collected the device at the pick up Center make sure you run a check on all the functions ensure everything is working before leaving the pick up center.
If you are sure, You collected your device without SD card Immediately go back and report this issue.

have been trying to report this issue but still I haven't seen any reply from you... please Baylesa N-teach volunteers that selected the samsung device are told; they can't collect their device when their colleagues from N-agro and N-health are collecting the samsung device .. I was in the collection centre yesterday and I was told this, please tell us why N-teach volunteers in Bayelsa state can't have samsung device....? I selected samsung and am in batch A, N-teach.. I am not happy with this..

I have written to you countless number of times but no single productive reply till last month. I was one of the beneficiaries whose profiles were erroneously adjudged absent by Npower even though we went for verification since January at Eti-Osa Local Govt of Lagos State. After many complaints and protests, it was last month npower chose to hear us out by re-presenting the master lists initially used for the verification, and they realised that we truly did verification at the fixed date. Immediately, our profiles were changed from "absent" to "qualified" but since then, we have not received single payment to that effect.
npowerng, what are u doing about this? When are we going to be paid or you want us to remain unpaid for the problem orchestrated by Npower?
Please, your timely response will be much appreciated.

For everyone collecting devices at this time, we want to be very clear that you are expected to conduct yourselves properly at ALL times.
Where you are exploited or treated unfairly, we will address the situation.
What happened yesterday in a particular state MUST NEVER happen again. No member of our distribution partners must ever be threatened physically or harmed in any way.
If you are asked to go to a Center and the Center is locked or not opened for whatever reason, contact us and we will address immediately.
It is NOT for you to go to other centers where you were not invited to, to disrupt work activities.
Let us be clear, that behaviour is UNACCEPTABLE and it will have consequences.

Npower is doing a nice job but some of your officials are dubious. I hope you are aware of what happened in Delta State for device selection (Tecno) today?. We received a message to come to Asaba for collection after which we got a contrary directive to go to Warri on the 12th, We got there, unfortunately they told us that the device was not available that they will send us a message when it is ready. Of course, we got no message uptil now whereas some slated for Saturday got theirs and others were asked to go to Warri MTN office on Monday which is today. We got there and MTN mobilised mobile police that started shooting sporadically. Thank God no life was lost. We have made official statement with one of the media outfits with all our evidences including videos and pictures.
It is obvious that these guys wants to divert the remaining device and make some money. I guess you should adress this issue. Thank you.
