Good afternoon npowerng, During registration, the Cafe guy that did my registration register me thus; my Surname First, then First name, and then other Names contrary to First name, Surname, other names which is how it appear on my Account detail and BVN.

I am an unpaid volunteer, I contacted you via this forum and one of the agents replied that my issue has been rectified, but my payment history on the NPVN still shows "Acct with unmatched BVN" as i log in Some minutes ago. This N-Tax programme isn't organised at all. Some are already going for training while others who wrote the test are yet to get interview invite or even a text telling them that their application won't go through and that's too bad. Why are we never organised in this country?
Why can't the Npower team be of a good standard?

You say the selection process is fair, now tell me, how can that be when some people are kept in the dark as to the status of their application while others are going for training?

All i wanna say is if by Aug 31st i did not receive text message to proceed or end or still having 'invalid login' i will definately give-up on this year's program, because i have my BVN printout which tallies with my Npower Application..

What will happen to those that did change of name after bvn exercise with their bank account bearing different name(surname) from bvn would there be considerations.

I applied for the Npower program with so much hope.and while I admit I gave a wrong bvn,i have spoken with the representatives and corrected the error but I have still not received a dime.i saw my payment history and while dec-march was stated invalid,april showed sent for payment.so I will like to know when I should expect it. thanks #npower ng
