Unpaid volunteers are in a great confusion, on the ussue, ACCT WITH UNMATCHED BVN, we need a special attention please. Hope to hear from you soon on this issue. I learnt that only peoples with unmatched name were paid. Why are we left behind please?? We have corrected our bvn issues long back, some since March, some April, etc. But we are still not paid. We dont know wether if we have unidentified issues with our account records with cant be rectified without the help of the NPower Admins. Please tell us whats going on. Please!!!!!!!!! If you have sent a message to our Official facebook page . we are currently working on all payment issue that has been stated. communication would be provided shortly on the next step. Just be patient .

So if you applied for N-Health and you have NOT written your assessment tests, please log in to write your test with your BVN and Phone number.
If you are unable to log in, please note that your BVN records do not match your application so your application journey has come to an end.

If someone's profile reads verified and she is yet to receive a single stipend since inception, is there a guarantee that she will be paid this July as she has been reporting to duty and incurring expenses since the commencement of the scheme?

Phone numbers are not part of the details that needs to match/tally .

We are working very hard to resolve all payment issues . As for payment issue it won't happen in this 2017 programme that's why we are taking drastic measures to make this possible .

Is there a way i can change my phone number so i can be notified if i am qualified or not to write the test.NB: the phone number can't be retrieved cos its registered in another persons name. thanks as i await your reply @NpowerNG

Today, Friday July 21, the Bank of Industry (BOI) and their N-Power Service Partner (MTN) conducted a test run of the N-Power Device Delivery process at the MTN Service Centre in Opebi - Ikeja, Lagos State. Some N-Power Volunteers such as Ititim Glory Agionim
picked up their N-Power Devices earlier this evening.
As at close of business today, the following N-Power Device Vendors: AfriOne, Samsung, Floss Signature, Tecno (Early Batch) and RLG have delivered their devices to the N-Power Central Warehouse, Lagos where the pre-loading of N-Power Content into the devices and all other device preparation processes are concluded before delivery shipment.
In the coming days and weeks, N-Power volunteers (Batch A) that selected these device brands will be informed of their device collection centers across Nigeria. In addition, we would also be receiving N-Power devices from the other (4) vendors: Techno, Brian, Beta and Zinox. https://www.facebook.com/npowerng/

I am selected, physically verified, qualified, posted, but no VERIFIED LOGO, UNPAID since december till date. I dont know what to do, i have tried every possible ways to resolve my payment issue, called them severally, mailed them time without number, met my focal person like three times, received Npower calls two times, sometimes I regretted applying. At my PPA, even the Headmaster, Ass. Headmaster, the entire staff aren't happy that i have not been paid even once while others are just sitting at home doing nothing but receiving stipends every month, I am the only Mathematics teacher they have, They always encourage me saying that one day I will be paid. But I have finally given up. I have BVN issue as a result of my BVN not linked with my Account which was resolved since April, what always confuses me is that, I still remain UNPAID, August is approaching and they said if after eight month you are not paid, you will be exited from the program. NPower should PLEASE AND PLEASE!! tell us what exactly is holding our Stipends after all our issues have resolved. May God Help Us in this Hard time.

An SMS was sent to all applicant that was selected/shortlisted from the awaiting list from 2016 . If you didn't get that SMS . You can kindly reapply.
